The walls were creatively designed and definitely worthy of staring at. The menu was clear and displayed above the counter. The cookie presentation was also very clear and eye catching. we didn't sit inside because I brought a little one with me and did not wanna have a sugar meltdown. So we ate our cookies at home the box that they came in was sturdy and tall enough to secure the cookies so that they came home exactly the way they left there. All four cookies were delicious. Mixed reviews for this gourmet cookie shop. Been to the Hollywood location a month ago and here I am to try the Davie shop for dessert. The decor was modern although had a cartoony vibe which was evident with the bright colored spray painted walls. The manager James explained a few of the signature cookie creations and highly recommended a certain one which looked amazing. James began to create a Sweet Shot Nutella cookie in the kitchen and warmed up the gooey center. Within three minutes, he returned with a box containing a large boulder, which was definitely not a flat common cookie. Holy Moly, loved every bite of it. A nice warm outter chocolate chip cookie shell with a thick Nutella center oozing out with every bite. The weird cookie haters had an option for ice cream in several different flavors. the service here was amazing. the girl working was super sweet and patient with us. she offered us samples multiple times, making sure that we got to try everything. the food however, was meh. i really liked my ice cream flavor but getting a cookie sandwich was a horrible idea. the cookie was super hard so after the first bite, my ice cream slid away. it was very messy to eat and i was very disappointed. i would recommend getting one or the other, not both. read more

Was totally disappointed when we got out cookies. The only saving grace of these four was the Nutella cookie. By FAR, the. Biggest disappointment was the sweet shot. When I picked it up, it was solid as a rock, except for the small spot on the top where the peanut butter was injected. I knocked it onto out coffee table and it sounded like someone was knocking on the door. What was even more disappointing, was what I found once I opened it. I uploaded what this cookie was "supposed to" look like.. and then what we actually got. The SMALLEST injection of peanut butter you've ever seen. There is also a great chance this cookie was made without sugar. Once bite and I actually spit it out. The taste the rainbow cookie is supposed to be mixed with white chocolate chips? The cookies are delicious, I usually have an Ice Cream sandwich but the service sucks over there. The lady at the counter had zero common sense. I ordered two ice cream sandwiches, the lady placed them in two separate carton boxes (not the plastic containers) by the time I reach my destination, (6 minutes from the establishment) the ice cream completely melted out of the box onto my car seat. The worst experience ever. My boyfriend has gone there as well and the lady at the counter has 0 customer service, she doesn't greet you & very monotonous. Fantastic! I've been wanting to try this place for months and I'm glad I finally got the chance. The cookies arrived still warm and they are ginormous! I loved every single one. My daughter said her s'mores cookie had the best toasted marshmallow she ever had. The captain crunch cookie was my favorite. Oh my gosh, it's so good. And the snickerdoodle??? Almost there. The place is fairly new. It was empty on a Tuesday night, then again it was "Tuesday night". There are apartments going up right next door so I'm sure that when those are done the place will be packed. The Good: Amazing cookies, great ice cream...order a #4 (gourmet cookie and 2 scoops of ice cream- huge). The Bad: Overdoing it on the lights, makes you feel hot, the seating is not ideal or too kid friendly... The Ugly: Nothing...maybe the parking. The place will be better and has 5 star potential. No one has claimed it so that kind of sucks for them not to get feedback. They also have crazy pricing. The #4 is great pricing and amazing value. Although, I felt that the drizzle they put on top wasn't needed (it didn't add more to the flavor of the cookie - just extra calories) I enjoyed his more than the tiramisu I ordered.
