Really surprised by the reviews! We live nearby and decided tonight's the night to feed the sweet tooth! I ordered a s'mores cookie which is a chocolate cookie with graham crackers and large marshmallows on top. Hubby got a cinnamon toast cookie which is a cookie with white chocolate chips, caramel & cinnamon toast cookie on top. Both cookies were warm and had a nice crispy "crust". The staff was not too friendly but they made good cookies. Will be back soon to try some more cookies! read more

Was totally disappointed when we got out cookies. The only saving grace of these four was the Nutella cookie. By FAR, the. Biggest disappointment was the sweet shot. When I picked it up, it was solid as a rock, except for the small spot on the top where the peanut butter was injected. I knocked it onto out coffee table and it sounded like someone was knocking on the door. What was even more disappointing, was what I found once I opened it. I uploaded what this cookie was "supposed to" look like.. and then what we actually got. The SMALLEST injection of peanut butter you've ever seen. There is also a great chance this cookie was made without sugar. Once bite and I actually spit it out. The taste the rainbow cookie is supposed to be mixed with white chocolate chips? We found ONE.. in the entire cookie. Lesson learned, stick to Crumbl. read more

If you're in the mood for something sweet...this is definitely the place! Open til 2am, lots of seating and cute decor. They have a huge cookie selection, both larger and smaller cookies. The menu has so much to choose from and so many things to try. Very reasonably priced considering what similar business charge for a basic ice cream cookie sandwich. Friendly staff! Speedy service. The cookies are delicious, I usually have an Ice Cream sandwich but the service sucks over there. The lady at the counter had zero common sense. I ordered two ice cream sandwiches, the lady placed them in two separate carton boxes (not the plastic containers) by the time I reach my destination, (6 minutes from the establishment) the ice cream completely melted out of the box onto my car seat. The worst experience ever. My boyfriend has gone there as well and the lady at the counter has 0 customer service, she doesn't greet you & very monotonous. It was average at best, i had death by chocolate and butter pecan ice cream and a sugar crisp cookie. They don't have ice cream cones which made me upset considering it's an ice cream shop. Ice cream is brought in as well. The cookie was good, but overall too sweet with a added sweet glaze on it. It's great for a late night option considering they are open late, and that's the only reason I went there at the time. Other local ice cream shops have homemade ice cream and homemade cones. OMG! THE SMELL! That's the first thing that hits the you when you walk in. So good! The place itself is a bit of a hole in the wall, but who cares. The cookies! They were good, they would have been even better if we would have had them immediately while they were still warm. We brought them home to serve after dinner. We got a smores, the kids loved it, a fruity pebles, I enjoyed that, an apple pie, was spectacular, a chocolate chip, also good and the wife got something vegan. Hardly had any chocolate chips in it, it was NOT cooked to the center it was doughy like half-cooked cookie dough because these cookies are massive! I tried to salvage the cookie and dipped it in milk.... Gross I trashed both of my cookies, like I did NOT even eat half of one of my cookies. I also wish I could have been informed or it have been noted of a substitution since what I ordered was NOT what I got. The 3rd cookie I ordered my cousin he equally agreed was nasty and that was the cookies and cream cookie. The 4th cookie of cream brûlée my aunt did enjoy. 1 out of 4 right is very disappointing. Fantastic! I've been wanting to try this place for months and I'm glad I finally got the chance. The cookies arrived still warm and they are ginormous! I loved every single one. My daughter said her s'mores cookie had the best toasted marshmallow she ever had. The captain crunch cookie was my favorite. Oh my gosh, it's so good. And the snickerdoodle??? What can I say, it melts in your mouth. The chocolate chip cookie bomb stuffed with Nutella was also great. The inside was gloriously gooey. Almost there. The place is fairly new. It was empty on a Tuesday night, then again it was "Tuesday night". There are apartments going up right next door so I'm sure that when those are done the place will be packed. The Good: Amazing cookies, great ice cream...order a #4 (gourmet cookie and 2 scoops of ice cream- huge). The Bad: Overdoing it on the lights, makes you feel hot, the seating is not ideal or too kid friendly... The Ugly: Nothing...maybe the parking. The place will be better and has 5 star potential. No one has claimed it so that kind of sucks for them not to get feedback. They also have crazy pricing. The #4 is great pricing and amazing value. We visited on the hunt for ice cream. Mati and his coworker were so friendly and engaging. We had 6 samples and talked about life ice cream and cookies. It was a great time. An alright spot for some cookies. Came in last week to get some cookies and wasn't too impressed. The lady working the counter was also not the friendliest. The nutella cookie we got was kind of dry. The flavors were good but the texture just wasn't there. Their ice cream selection and flavors aren't the best as well. Haven't tried their other cookies so I can't speak for those. My boyfriend and I were drive down this road often and it caught our eye the other day. We had to try it out! My boyfriend wanted to get a cookie ice cream sandwich but they didn't have any or ran out of the cookies for the sandwiches (I didn't probe or ask any further). He ended up ordering a cookie with captain crunch cereal on it. Although, I felt that the drizzle they put on top wasn't needed (it didn't add more to the flavor of the cookie - just extra calories) I enjoyed his more than the tiramisu I ordered. The tiramisu didn't taste as fresh as the crunch, it tasted like it was baked in advance and reheated. I did enjoy the fact that the Tiramisu wasn't too as sweet at the crunch. So freaking delicious, just from the outside looking in, I knew I was in for a treat. First step in, the aroma was like a scent from the cookie heavens. Music choice on point, everything tasted amazing.
