Upon leaving I thought it was different than i had done it before and maybe just needed to adjust. Idk. On further reflection she must have switched the products or burned them somehow. Half my eyelashes were kinked. Yes i followed aftercare perfectly. Then my eyelashes fell out and at some point were itchy and my lid was swollen. I'm not post photos but have them, and she has seen them. My eyebrows also were like hard and wouldn't move. Later they started falling out too. She gave me a full refund when I send her pics. But this is before everything started falling out. I had to buy a lash serum to grow them back. And then in August I started noticing that my eyebrows were falling out. I thought they were shedding normally and going back to blonde. NOPE! They weren't growing back at all. I went to the dr and it is 100% because of what she did. I now am using rogaine to regrow them. It's taking forever and she also refused to pay for product to help grown them back. It's probably going to be another 2-3 months of me looking awful because of Perri. Have the Holiday you deserve.

I paid $1000 for Dysport with one very clear request: I wanted a fully frozen forehead, the same result I have consistently achieved here in the past. At two weeks (the full window for Dysport to set in), I still had significant movement and visible lines. For anyone familiar with injectables, this outcome is far below what's reasonable at this price point, especially when the goal was explicitly communicated in advance. When I reached out to the clinic about the poor result, I expected professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to make it right. Instead, I was told that if I wanted the issue corrected, I would have to pay for more units. That is simply not industry standard. Reputable injectors stand behind their work and typically offer a complimentary touch-up if results fall short of what was promised. Whether this was poor injecting or a bad vial should not then be the patients problem to pay. What made this worse is that I know that if the vial is reported to the manufacturer, the company would happily provide them with a complimentary replacement vial. In other words, the clinic had the ability to resolve this at no cost to themselves. Rather than taking that step, they placed the burden back on me after I had already spent $1000. It's deeply disappointing to see a practice prioritize profit over integrity and client satisfaction. I left feeling dismissed and taken advantage of. For something as personal and expensive as facial injectables, trust and accountability are everything. Your face and your money deserve better than this.

My appointments, which were often booked weeks in advance, kept getting canceled or rescheduled at the last minute. It's incredibly frustrating because I have to plan my schedule ahead of time and block off work just to make these appointments. When they cancel last minute, it throws everything off. Another thing to be aware of is that there are no refunds once you purchase a package. Even if the constant rescheduling becomes a major inconvenience, you're essentially stuck and have to work around their availability. For the amount of money you're spending, I'd recommend looking into Sev Laser instead. Their pricing is much more affordable, booking is far more flexible, and you can often get same-day appointments. They also offer pay-per-session options that are about 30-40% cheaper than LaserAway. Do your research before committing to a package here.

Go for quality, go with Josie at Lash boutique! Trial and error is costly and tbh very detrimental to your natural lashes if they don't know what they're doing. Extended review: Lash extensions have become apart of my daily look, I've been getting lash extensions for a little bit over a year now. My skin is combo; dry in some areas and oily in others. I have pretty full natural lashes with multiple layers so you would think it was very easy to do my lashes....but oh how some lash artists have proved me wrong . It has been trial and error finding a lash technician (Josie's also a licensed esthetician!) that listens to all my needs. I asked Josie to do a more natural look and she honestly actually advised against it and I am so glad she did ! She informed me that based on my eyes shape that a volume set would look best. She carefully asses the overall look you are trying to achieve, the amount of natural lashes you have, and advises accordingly! Background info: I work in the restaurant industry and work 10+hrs a day and my schedule changes based on the restaurant needs, so it's very difficult for me to schedule a locked in time and date but Josie has been so flexible with scheduling that she has eliminated that anxiety I get when I need a fill (thank you seriously tysm!). Every treatment is performed with genuine care and professionalism. I've had lash refills there, and they're always done in under an hour with perfect results. I recently had my first lash lift appointment at La Boutique. Since my lashes are naturally very short, I was skeptical about the results. I consulted with Josie about whether lash lifts or extensions would be better for me, and she recommended the lash lift. I decided to trust her advice and went with the lift, but unfortunately, I didn't see much of a difference in the length of my lashes. While Josie was incredibly professional and I appreciated her expertise, I feel like I spent $100 without achieving the noticeable results I was hoping for. I've been here once but I have already have a refill scheduled. Josie is quite flexible with scheduling and accommodating to my schedule. She is very clean and efficient and her prices are amazing. I absolutely love my lashes. I used to go to another place but I'm deciding on coming here as long as Josie keeps doing my lashes. I am not quite sure of what texturizing is, but I don't think it was done as well as the tint not being left on for a sufficient 15-20 minutes. There was no tweezing after the wax, and I am not sure if there was hyaluronic hydration + SPF afterwards. I did request a lip wax if there was time, and maybe there was not time because we were rushed at the end because her next client arrived. I was handed the mirror whilst laying on my back without full lighting, so I did not realize how uneven my brows were until I was home. They have IMAGE skincare, which I love. I was introduced to Farmhouse Fresh, and I love the Matcha Moisturizer that I purchased.
