The staff are really friendly, the selection is huge, and the prices are honestly some of the best I've seen. They have a great selection of supplements, including a lot of higher-quality brands, but they also carry pretty much everything when it comes to dental care, skincare, hair care, face care, etc. And again, the prices are very reasonable. One of the products I really like is the New Zealand protein from Schinoussa, both the isolate and concentrate. I'm pretty picky about protein powders and, from what I've seen, these are about as clean as it gets. They're stevia-sweetened too. I know a few people with really sensitive digestion who normally can't tolerate protein powders at all, and they've had no issues with these. They also have a little coffee and juice bar, which is a nice bonus. The coffee and shakes are actually good, and the prices are pretty decent. But honestly, what makes the place stand out to me is the people. The owners and staff seem to genuinely care about their customers and the community. It doesn't feel like one of those places where they're just trying to sell you something. Have a conversation with the management and you'll see what I mean. They're very community-oriented and you can tell they actually care about the people who come through the door. That goes a long way with me. Their online store is really easy to use as well, and they're always running some kind of promotion. I also really like that they support tree planting and give back to a good cause. One little tip for anyone ordering: I found that the code JOECC gets you an extra 12% off both online and in-store. Overall, just a really good local business. Great products, good prices, friendly people, and owners who actually seem to care. I'm happy to support a place like that.

I stock up when items are on sale or on liquidation. Staff is quite knowledgeable and it's nice being served in English.

I came back into town for a few days and stopped by to get some food for my trip and noticed they had a cafe serving sammie's and smoothies and had to try one. They were all dedicated GF which was so amazing since I have celiac disease and it's really hard to find good freshly prepared food without risking cross contact & getting sick. I got the avocado toast sandwich and it was AMAZING! Also grabbed a matcha latte & pumpkin pie on my way out which both hit the spot. Hailey the owner (I hope i spelled that correctly) was the sweetest and I had a great conversation with her about nutrition. The co-op itself has so many gluten free, vegan, organic and locally sourced food options to buy in bulk or by the package. I love the environment they create here and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a section of pre-made food (most of which is vegan) and it all looks freshly made and delightful! The co-op is definitely one of the only places around here that i miss on the daily basis :,) Definitely recommend stopping by!

You will find multiple types of cinnamon, clove, turmeric, roots - even flavored sugar (try the raspberry!). In my opinion, there's no reason you would NOT find what you're looking for, right here. Service: Each time that I've been, I spoke to someone that was super knowledgeable about the products. They were always able to explain the subtle differences between the various spices, and make great recommendations on what I should use to cook a specific dish. Price: Pretty good - unless you're buying a super rare root from the middle of nowhere, these guys won't rip you off. You basically pay for the weight, though I think they do have a minimum quantity.

I recently discovered all of their flavored sugars - strawberry, espresso, habanero, and more! I can wait to try them out! There is definitely a lot to see and especially to smell.
