    Steak, mashed potato, drinks.

Nice ambience. Great service. Not too fast, not too slow. The food was delicious. We had the flank steak and rib eye. Both cooked to perfection and mouth wateringly tender. Gotta try the mashed potatoes. Off the hook. And be sure to leave room for dessert. The crème brûlée is so light and fluffy and not too sweet. Get your own. You're not going to want to share. Trust me. Oh did I mention the drinks? They were terrific too.

Food: 4/5 Might be one of the better steakhouses in the Tulum area. We ordered the picana medium rare with a side of mashed potato, french fries and veggies. The protein was cooked and seasoned well. It was pretty fatty but that's what we chose. The mashed potato was a bit bland but helped cancel out the seasoning from the steak. The fries were cut too thinly for our preference. We expected wedges or steak fries (and wouldn't recommend). The veggies were grilled well but the peppers were extremely spicy. Eat at your own risk. Otherwise, great steakhouse in the area. Would definitely recommend. Service: 2/5 Ok.. I'm a New Yorker and we are notoriously known for being in a rush but the service took a very long time. We had to wait 45 minutes for our check. The food came out quickly though. Ambiance: 4/5 Beautiful and romantic all around. Great date night or celebratory spot!

Last year for my 25th birthday my family and I stumbled upon La Braceria looking for a steak dinner. We had a group of 12 but were seated instantly and the service was excellent !! My mother, who is a chef was given a tour of the kitchen, we got a complimentary champagne toast and a delicious dessert for the birthday girl to top it all off ! The food was absolutely amazing and for the price I will surely return to La Braceria every time instead of the expensive Beach Zone.

I had an amazing time out here. The food was amazing, the energy feels amazing, great music and the service was wonderful, Angel was our server and he costumer service was 10 to 10. Thanks Angel for making our experience better!! Totally recommended COMPLEMENT TO THE CHEF

Phenomenal food, attentive waiters (although it helps if you can speak some Spanish), beautiful patio ambience and thoughtful music. I started with the fondue with kielbasa (very rich), drank the Argentinian Malbec that the waiter recommended, got the filet mignon (perfectly cooked and seasoned, but not aged) with grilled vegetables for a main, and finished with a cappuccino. Best dinner I've had this year, among the top 50 of my life, for around $50 USD including tip! The owner was dining at another table with a friend and brought around some imported soft cheese with Mexican basilica as an amuse bouche. What a phenomenal meal! My one suggestion would be to ask the owner to play more classic Cuban music. He put on one song and I wanted to hear more.

I had the cowboy steak which was great and my mother had the prime rib which was great.

The highlight of the entire night was the baked fig appetizer! It was gooey and delicious! We also ordered the whole fish baked in the wood fire oven. The fish of the night was yellowtail. First time to ever eat a whole fish and wow was it good! For cocktails we got the Pilar, which had the lightest hint of hazelnut, and the Emerald whiskey cocktail. It was unique, but the Pilar was better. Service was very attentive and made great recommendations. Go check this place out and try and make a reservation for the weekends.

I've been eyeing Casa Banana every night we've been here and it felt so much more chill compared to all the surrounding party restaurants. It was the perfect stop for a reset. The vibe was top tier. So intimate and cozy, and it felt really nice sitting by the fire on such a chilly night. Our server Joaquin was so friendly and attentive and took great care of us. The octopus salad was so lovely, and the Argentinian chorizo was honestly one of the best chorizo I've had. Not very spicy, served with perfectly toasted focaccia and roasted vegetables. We also loved the pickled eggplant that came with it. They brought out complimentary toast and spread when we first arrived too which was so sweet. So happy we stopped here

Despite the high cost as most things and places in Tulum, I decided to dine here after reading a few good reviews online and from a friend's recommendation. When you walk into the place , you feel the tulum Vibe, high energy , trendy. The restaurant has both indoors and outdoors ( we sat close to the back where the cooking station was). We were in an Alcove , loved the semi privacy as it's in the corner but didn't love the lack of air flow . We were within the crowd but not in the middle of it . I absolutely love the way it's decorated , the feel and ambiance of the place . Now the food , like mentioned, one week for overpaying mediocre food , I was impressed and satisfied with the menu and the plates we chose . For a party of 5 ( adults ), we had the perfect amount of food from two appetizers ( grilled calamari - the freshened of it is evident as it melts in the mouth and wasn't chewy and the grilled leeks was complemented well with the labneh , capers , breadcrumbs ). I was in heaven as I along with the group enjoyed the entrants ( skirt steak served with mashed potatoes ) and 6hr slowly cooked ribbed served with delicious potatoes . We also got the side of grilled vegetables ( to counter all the meat ). Couldn't resist not ordering dessert given all the dishes came out amazing . We had the crepe with dulce de leche served with banana ice cream . Great second to the last evening meal . Highly doubt the last meal beats this one . I recommend going for all the reasons stated above but would also encourage sharing dishes ( don't over order to truly appreciate all of them ). There certainly are other items that I would love to try next time ( maybe if I come back In Tulum ) like the grilled beets , grilled fish , etc. Good food and drinks , fun / trendy place perfect for groups , dates ( the bar is awesome as well ).

The server was attentive to all our needs, helped make recommendations on the menu and helped us pick a delicious bottle of wine that would pair well with our dinner. They addressed us by our last names Mr and Mrs Valles which made me feel even more impressed. They would take away silverware after each meal and provide you with new silverware, they cleaned the table after each meal as well to make sure that even if you had crumbs or a messy eating style they would make sure you had a clean table for the next entree item. During the dinner there was a professional tango dancing couple who dance in front of your table and around the restaurant! It was pretty awesome! Honestly it makes the experience even more exciting. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful during dinner. The view of the ocean from the window seats was also nice to have while enjoying the fine dining Argentinian Cuisines. As for the food we had a Shrimp appetizer that the server recommended paired with Blue Crab Soup. My girlfriend and I also split a Rib Eye steak. Finally we concluded our meal with the Apple Crumble. Let me tell you everything tasted phenomenal! The Argentinian spices and flavor of the shrimp was insanely good, creamy, had some spice, and the flavor was top notch. They cooked our Rib Eye to perfection where the steak literally melted in your mouth! As for the blue crab soup it was absolutely phenomenal and the portion of crab they provide in the soup is perfect. The Apple Crumble would make angels cry in happiness! I am not a big Apple person but the Apple crumble was to die for! Overall, the ambiance can not be beat, the service is phenomenal, the food is delicious, and is a romantic setting that I would highly suggest for couples who are enjoying paradise! Definitely check out this spot for one of your nights in beautiful Cancun!
