They serve you three different sauces to go with your choripan - the traditional slightly spicy red chimichurri, an oil and garlic sauce with fresh herbs, and then the standard finally chopped up onion tomato and peppers in vinegar. The menu is garrish looking as it is an oversized placemat that has been laminated. One large piece of French bread with the grilled chorizo and three sauces was only 50 Argentinian pesos - $2.50 US. You certainly aren't needing to pay for ambience but this barely covers the cost of the food and labor! This place would be great in the winter down here - June or July - when it is cold out and you can use the heat from the grills to warm yourselves, however in the summer it's brutal in there. Thought I was going to pass out it was so hot. It certainly makes you not want to linger.
