I recently visited this Mexican restaurant and it quickly became one of my new favorite spots! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting--colorful decor, great music, and a welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely incredible. Fui a comer al restaurante Buena Vida y la verdad salí encantado. Pedimos varios platillos para probar y wow, todo estaba riquísimo -- se nota que le ponen cariño a la comida. Pero lo mejor de la visita fue Astrid, la mesera que nos atendió. Desde el primer momento fue súper amable, nos recomendó un par de cosas del menú (que terminaron siendo nuestras favoritas ) y estuvo al pendiente de nosotros sin ser invasiva. The food and service was incredible!! Cool atmosphere too. Definitely not a cheap place to eat, but not overly expensive either. Expect to spend $15-$20+ for your meal and $10-15 for the cocktails. The carnitas tacos and chilaquiles were absolutely amazing. Our waitress was Patricia H and she was very helpful guiding us through the menu, giving recommendations, and ensuring a god experience. Great service overall, the staff were really on top of it. I would definitely recommend this place with the caveat that it is a tad pricey. read more

The vibes where everything, my only issue was I made a RESERVATION and had to WAIT over an HOUR to even be seated and then the GM (I'm assuming) took all the tables from outside and made us a spot to sit. Which was GREAT! My family/friends had an amazing time and MY WIFE LOVED IT!!!!! I'll def be back, hopefully they just figure out a better system to have in place so that the people who make time to make a reservation actually get seated in a timely manner! Wow!! I've been wanting to try this place for a little while now! And now that I did I will definitely be going back! The food was amazing! We had some of their sushi with was amazing for a Mexican restaurant and the empanadas and flautas were sooo good but I will have to say the highlight of our meal was the churros ice cream cart!! First visit with this restraunt, came in with a party of 21 people. The ambiance was beautiful! Super colorful, clean the staff is super professional as well. Our servers explained everything so there were no surprises. Our food was amazing, all of the alcoholic beverages they sold actually look like the picture on the menu which we loved.
