Was craving a torta. Our usual torta place was closed so we found this place. Asked the cashier what came in the tortas, she seemed confused at my question so I asked again. She said it came with avocado which I liked. But got my torta and no avocado in sight. The salsas are good and so are the Jalepenos, I love that they are nice and warm still at the salsa bar. The tortas though are overpriced, especially for their size. Seemed small to me and not so much meat in them. read more

Customer service sucks!! I will never eat here ever again. The manager here is very rude!! he talk crazy to my wife to the point where I was going to go to the restaurant and beat the shit out of him. There website said 3- for $3.49 so I ordered 15 . When I picked up my order there were only 5 tacos. I said it's supposed to be 15 tacos, not 5....So they tried to change me $21.00 for five street tacos. Something told me to call their corporate office which is never ever open.. Fuck this place, I would never eat there again I hope they go out of business... I decided to try tacos de papa since it's a pretty simple and safe dish and they were okay. The tacos were very very oily and had a sauce that tasted like ranch, not sour cream, which was different. Being a military family we were away from California for a couple years and I seriously craved this place. So happy to be back! The staff is always positive and so sweet. Our company recently moved to the area and where looking for a good place. We where recommend La Bufadora for it's delicious food and where not disappointed. Our office has tried, the baja fish tocos, carne asada street tacos, carne asada fries, and sopes just to list a few and all very good. The thing that is crap, is the service. The last 3 times we ordered from here, our order has been incomplete. Don't do take out cause you run the risk of not getting your complete order. Your better off dinning in and forcing them to give you good service. Not sure we will order from them again. read more

This is a small place in a strip mall and I was in the area and found it on yelp. I have to say this is a really good place for lunch. I had the potato tacos plate. The potato's seem to be instant and could use a little more salt as they were bland, but overall with the cream sauce and salsa they were pretty good. Their salsa is awesome. The beans and rice were also good. The portion sizes are on the small side. I will go back when I'm in the area. I recommend if your anywhere near that you give it a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

Really good food. My wife was in the mood for Mexican and I had this place in my book marks. Apparently it gets busy at lunch on a Friday, but that didn't seem to affect the wait time or quality of the food. We tried the baja fish tacos, potato tacos, Al pastor tacos and a carne asada burrito. In short everything had great flavor. I tried all the salsas at their bar, and all had good flavor, actually complementing the flavors of the food. One thing a lot of Mexican places fall short on is their salsa bar, and I swear always tastes like tomatoes, water....and that's it. Not this place though. With the combination of their green salsa that has a roasted flavor parted, the free roasted chillis on demand, and the perfect baja fish taco this plave is uniquely legit and amazing. I got one fish taco, one asada, on al pastor, and one carnitas, and yeah i ate them all. As I mentioned before the salsa roasted chillis, and accoutrements station was exceptional with a smoky red chipotle salsa, cucumber, red onion and more, and that green salsa that i ate 6 containers of. Tye baja fish taco and al pastor were amazeballs, but the asada and carnitas were average at best, but considering their salsa bar i had to give 4 stars over 3. If and when in return i will get either fish of shrimp tacos, al pastor, and a side of chips to devour mass amounts of salsa. Definitely worth the stop if you love a baja fish taco! read more

This place is dope. The sauce they add in their fish tacos...damn, it's good. I also bought their street (carne asada) tacos which were good; but if you add their red salsa you'll make it really good! The salsa they have is really really good; like their red salsa had/has a nice smokey taste that has a kick. The green sauce is also dank, and their avocado based salsa has a smooth taste. I also tried out their carne asada torta-- damn, that was good, too. It was like eating a Mexican burger; they definitely know what's up. And lastly, the shrimp tostada... It wasn't as great as I was anticipating it to be. It had a simple taste. But it was nothing their sauce couldn't fix. Overall, this place is a good choice to eat at. It was packed when I went on a Sunday afternoon; so anticipate a possibly long line. They are quick with their service, so that actually shouldn't be an issue. I'll roll through here again. read more
