This place is dope. The sauce they add in their fish tacos...damn, it's good. I also bought their street (carne asada) tacos which were good; but if you add their red salsa you'll make it really good! The salsa they have is really really good; like their red salsa had/has a nice smokey taste that has a kick. The green sauce is also dank, and their avocado based salsa has a smooth taste. I also tried out their carne asada torta-- damn, that was good, too. It was like eating a Mexican burger; they definitely know what's up. And lastly, the shrimp tostada... It wasn't as great as I was anticipating it to be. It had a simple taste. But it was nothing their sauce couldn't fix. Overall, this place is a good choice to eat at. It was packed when I went on a Sunday afternoon; so anticipate a possibly long line. They are quick with their service, so that actually shouldn't be an issue. When ever I miss tacos de camarón or de pescado from Ensenada , Mex this is where I'll be coming. I'm not gonna say they taste the same but they are still very good. They also have non-seafood options which is great because I have a picky 5 yr old who doesn't touch sea food. She had a sope which was very tasty. The food is very authentic!! I absolutely love their food. My favorite is the Sopes, they are hand made to perfection! I am very picky when it comes to food, and am very skeptical of trying sopes any where. I usually order the shrimp tacos (which are delish by the way) or the tacos de papa (potato tacos also delish), Since the other food I tried here was good i decided to try the sopes.. and holy mother of pearl! Friendly service and quick well prepared food that doesn't come covered in a greasey slime like other local places. So I told you to order the pastor tacos. Probably the one thing worth avoiding at La Bufadora would be the schrimp burrito. Its a little to saucy for my taste but on the good side does come stacked with petite schrimp inside. Please skip taco bell and try this place! If you can't seem to find it, just face the Cardenas market and look south (to your left) there's a little strip of restaurants and shops including a chinese restaurant and a dominos. I moved here recently and noticed all the high reviews for this place. I ordered the chicken burrito combo and it was really good. I checked-in on yelp and saved 10% on my bill which is basically your tax. There's plenty of seating and the usual salsa bar. The salsa bar was really well stocked, clean, and they had baggies. They were not stingy about the limes. They had plenty of the pickled onions, carrots, and chiles. Place was well kept and the customer service was very friendly. There's always a crowd at this site. They're always busy, with tables filling and emptying rapidly, and the condiment bar is well-stocked, clean, and fresh. Best of all, they have great fish (and shrimp!) tacos without crossing the border. I've been to Ensenada several times, and these tacos are right up there with the best. My family loves this restaurant. According to some people I know, the food is good. I'd stay away from the seafood, it taste really old. Thats the only thing I have ever eaten here. Amazing food ! I have to admit i live in Perris ,and there is not much here but how did i forget about this GEM hidden here in Perris , maybe the parking ? That is my only complaint and hey ... they really can't help that . They are soooo quick here , the line goes quick and the food is fantastic... We usually order carne asada tacos,burritos, and our fav Sopes.. But this time I ordered a Shrimp Ceveche Tostada, and it was great, only thing missing was (in my opinion) Avocado slices on top .
