I go back in and ask if I could get them, she says that'll be an extra charge, I mentioned I had asked for beans when I called. Most places don't charge you when it's their mistake; they did, oh well no big deal right. While waiting their lovely younger staff proceed to talk about the fact that I came back in complaining about not getting beans, while laughing. The audacity of the question was met with " it was horrible experience". I'm not upset that they forgot my order because I really was not that hungry. I'm more upset about how it was handled and what could've been done to make the situation better. I've came here to this location multiple times in the past, I live in the Treasure Valley, so I don't come here often, but I do remember having decent food in the past But this definitely was my last time going to this location.
