Who'da thought inside a gas station?Inside food trucks with plenty of seating. Great tasting burritos- had the Goat and the Beef Birria. Good service. One issue-if you're trying to eat on the run the foil is so thin it does not keep all the juices from running all over! A thicker foil would handle the hearty serving and make it much more enjoyable. Well, came back but as good as the first time. The asada was tough and stringy. The chicken lacked flavor and the skin was not crispy. Beans and rice were blah. Too bad. As a traveler just driving through, Rosti was an excellent, satisfying find. I saw 5 stars on Yelp, and photos showed a food truck and great-looking authentic Mexican food. It took me a second when pulling in to realize yes, it's a food truck but inside the building, which is nice and clean (and not cold - it is November as I write). Loved the mural with the 54 Chevy when I first walked in. Dining area has an open, clean, cafeteria feel. High open ceilings. Placed my order and got a buzzer - great idea. I ordered two sopas, one asada and one pork. With limes and some mild green salsa, these were perfect. I wish I had ordered two more. I also wish I had taken a picture, but my mouth couldn't wait. With he slice of perfect avocado on top, it was too good to look at and even better to eat. read more

This place is soooooooo good. I love the rotisserie chicken. This ain't no supermarket roto-bird either, this chicken has big pieces and well roasted skin that is not greasy at all. Get a chicken meal with sides and tortillas and make your own fresh chicken tacos. I try to stop in whenever I can while I'm out on the road. They also have great tacos, burritos and soups. The portions are large and you will not be feeling hungry after you eat here. read more

Funny.... as I pull off the highway and into the Sinclair (Dinosaur) gas station and are filling my gas, I take a moment to lookup a place to eat. Low and behold, the top of my list is the Rosti xPress. Ironically it is directly in front of us in the gas station. I was a little hesitant at first but gave it a try. I ordered shrimp tacos and was quite happy with my order. The are small in size as they are street tacos but with plenty of meat and flavor. Man, why haven't I eaten at this BOMB A$$ place before??? The quesabirria and asada sope were absurdly good and my husband was raving over the verde enchiladas! Was very surprise to see this food truck in the Middle of no where. It was hidden inside a building next to gas station. My kiddo opted for a hamburger with the Nextdoor truck. I ordered half chicken that came with good portion of rice And beans. The flour tortillas was bigger then the plates and they were delicious. Very nice staff. The rotisserie chicken is perfect... crispy, crackling, crust with moist, tender meat. The cumin dominance tasted of a Mexican-Indian fusion but wasn't overbearing. With any piece of poultry that big, salt is needed. Enchiladas doradas or "cruchy" were well balanced and the added potato was a welcomed surprise. Tacos...a bit pricey for what they are. I'd recommend they cut their onions by hand than with a food processor. They were too small and didn't live up to that textural difference. The same with the cilantro. Goat...good flavor but slightly tough. Chicken taco...very good, but slightly oily. Pulled pork was a bit tough. Shrimp taco was on point, but lacked the chipotle cream sauce as advertised. The ambience is cool...backyard bbq feel with corn hole and table shuffle board. It's a food truck inside a gas station that's nicer than most loft-like restaurants next to Burnt Lemon food truck. Go figure. Why 5 instead of 4? The chicken. It's like Juan Pollo / El Pollo Loco and with that crust...a hard 4.5. So satisfying to crack the skin...just like the first bite of creme brulee. Now if only they can work on their salsas. An avocado cream salsa would be nice...even a molcajete salsa. Theirs were sad... No worries, next time I go, I'll bring my own, but hopefully they'll read this text and tweak their recipes. read more
