Emotional support: If you want to read my review about overall care at La Canada while I was a patient here for two weeks go read the Google review I wrote. I want to focus here on the little bonuses of emotional support. When you realize this is where you need to be for two weeks or longer, there is some mindset and emotional issues that are struggles. There are really special little details that this care center does to support you emotionally. There is ice cream available every day at an ice cream bar 1:30pm. There are some really great activities listed monthly on the calendar but not always a large amount of participation. Bingo happens almost everyday, there are all different levels mobility of people who need support to those who don't need support and an amazing community church group comes and support this work. There is a behavioral health counselor the CNAs can refer patients to who need emotional support and Ginelle- the bx counselor- has wonderful skills to offer and a kind caring way of connecting quickly. The CNAs are so very kind and considerate. On the rehab side they work very hard around the clock with most of time 2 CNAs to manage the rehab floor. They do it so well and make you feel validated and welcome. The food was as struggle it times for me and my husbands love language is cooking. The CNAs would help me heat food or get extra salad when they could. I saw them doing this for my roommate also. I needed ice packs round the clocks especially at night that I brought from home and they were always helpful with this. Linda the overnight CNA goes above and beyond at night to help my roommate and me with what I needed. They have gratitude cards you can write for an employee who does stellar work. I was sharing with the Dof O, Mara all my positives. She gave me a pile of cards. I filled out 28 cards and had to ask for 5 more. The peoples' level of care made the things that they struggle with from my Google reviews the reason why I would go back there, if I ever had to and I would recommend it to a loved one. read more

I had my husband transferred there from the hospital. He had cancer, doing pretty well, but had cellulitis & contracted an infection in a wound some how, and put on a broad spectrum of antibiotics He was there for a week. Then transferred to La Canada Care Center. The second day there , one of the nurses aids noticed in the room's bathroom had an electrical outlet was really singed, and the box of gloves, above the outlet was too! They reported it to the nursing station. When I asked later about it, the nurse said the outlet was tripped, so it was not a problem. I later told management I did not feel safe with my husband in the room, he could not even get out of bed by himself. Also, concerned about other patients & staff. About 6 hours later he was moved. He was in isolation for 10 days. Once it ended, it took a contract wound nurse, who came 3x a week, to talk to someone 5 days after he was cleared of the infection. The room had not being cleaned or sanitized. She told them he had wounds & would not be safe in an uncleaned area. Within a few hours the room was cleaned. Food was not very good, I would not eat it. The OP & PT were great Most of the nurses & nursing aids staff were very good, but a few should not be in that field. It was very chaotic with patients yelling for meds or get me out of here, etc. My husband tried to get out of bed & skinned up his knees, & fell out of bed once, when I was not there. I was there usually 7:30 - 5 to make sure he had care, they changed him, refilled his water, get anything he needed, You need an advocate! At the NW Medical Center I was given a list of facilities, either the ones I picked were full, did not take our insurance, or too far awayl.So I had my husband transferred La Canada Care. I do not know how Medicare gives them the top 4 Star rating, they need to check out the facility.again! read more

The food was truly horrible. I lost weight until I started ordering and having meals delivered. The majority of the staff was adequate at their jobs, but there were enough of the inadequate that I sincerely questioned the care I was given. The reason for my stay was to receive IV antibiotics and physical therapy after an amputation. This facility receives their prescriptions from a daily delivery from Phoenix. There were several instances where the IV medication was not available to me for up to three days. I find this to be completely unacceptable and would never willingly stay at this facility again. However, the physical therapists all seemed very dedicated to providing fantastic options for rehabilitation. Unfortunately, that will not change my mind about going back if inpatient care was necessary. read more

Some staff can be caring and helpful. Others are mindless robots. They are under staffed and super stressed. The management is in meetings all day long. The food is hated by everyone with a cognitive mind. Climate control is awful, rooms are freezing or roasting hot. Maintenance is super slow and awful. Their own ratings are lies. They are full of themselves. The CEO is an arrogant liar. read more

My Brother asked for a Bed urinal Never happened. Left my Brother in a urinated bed for Hours. When a attendant finally did show up They said today is Not shower day They gave him a fresh gown did nothing to the sheets till hours later. I called and complained to the shift nurse and the Bitch hung up on me. My Brother wanted out of that place NOW! . If you love your loved ones ,Stay clear of this facility by all costs. This was my 1st time in a care facility so I had no pre-conceived opinions. However I searched out reviews of my top 3 choices and La Canada was my choice. And it was the right one! The caregivers were attentive and respectful which, for me are critical to the rehab outcome. I can't say enough about the therapists, both Occupational and Physical. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Just as important is the empathy they have for their patients. They know when to push a little bit harder and when to back off, a delicate balance to achieve the best results. Most of all, IMHO, is their bedside manner: easy to talk to, easy to work with Forming a bond that is more like a team than just a clinician-patient relationship. If I ever need this type of care again I know where I'm going! read more

The caregivers Nurses and CNAs are fantastic. Always one or two exceptions Not enough staff and the great existing team may be overworked doing two shifts in a row Loved my team ! You treat them with respect and dignity! Food is terrible !!! I am not alone complaining as I had 4 4 or 5 five roommates while here for four months all complained. I even ordered outside food via Doordash to get restaurant quality good food delivered to my room. The only food that was palatable for me was the occasional grilled burger, pasta dishes and coleslaw I and my roommates told staff about this. I hope once I am healed to perhaps come back to visit some of my care team members.b I actually feel that I made some new friends. More: the rooms were outdated. Needed special attention with cleaning such as mirrors, floors and the window blinds were extremely dusty. read more

Poor planning & lack of staffing. Was supposed to go there from Banner Medical. After delays on their end for several days, they just up & cancelled me becuz the charge nurse decided they could not handle a pic line for 3 weeks for antibiotics. Now I have to start over after almost a week of issues on their end. I don't know how they have a near 5 star rating bcuz they can't get their act together. read more

Horrible place. They never communicated with family. I left multiple messages with physical therapy, Administrator, nurse to call me and anyone that could give is inside how our parent was doing and progress to discharge. No one called us for 3 weeks. Until I got a hold of Cindy in Administration office to please help me for answers. Finally got nurse to share some topics if they would communicated with family my mother could have be home a week earlier. Happy she was safe, they had a goal to get her strong. They lost her dentures and new pack of Depends before we left. Never bring your loved one here. Glad we were able to get our mother out of there. Rating minus zero out of 5 stars. read more

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY. Poor communication with family members. Never returning phone calls. When you do talk to someone they say they will call back and nothing. My mother's dentures were lost and my sister had to turn her room upside down to find them tucked in a paper towel in a plastic bag in a drawer. Why would they put them there. My mother was so upset to lose her dentures she cried until going to sleep at 1a. Nurses take forever to show up when the button is pushed asking for assistance. With the poor communication all the red flags are up as they only wanted to keep her to collect insurance money. The plan of care is questionable and we are filing a complain with the State licensure. My mom should not have stayed as long as they did. They tried to get her off of her oxygen never asking family before trying to do that to know she needs her oxygen for the rest of her life. Complete Idiots! Her room was hot and the bed was so uncomfortable. It's a disgusting place. Negative -10 stars. read more

This facility is the best skilled nursing facility in Northwest Tucson. Nurses are responsive and knowledgeable about treating patients needing rehab. Nurses and CNA's are patient and kind and treat patients like family. The Therapy Department is Top Notch with working to get patients back to baseline function so they can return home. Having worked in many skilled nursing facilities during my career, I believe La Canada Care Center is the BEST run facility with management being there for many years. They can be seen helping nurses and other staff member to make sure the patients are being cared for. If you or your family need to have a place to go for excellent rehabilitation after a hospitalization, this is the perfect place to choose. Laura E read more

The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are all conscientious and thorough in their tasks. The occupational and physical therapy staff are very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing and why. The speech therapist was particularly thorough in his evaluation. My mother received excellent care from the Nurses, CNAs, PT and Social Work. Everyone worked together to help Mom get stronger to prepare for her transition to an Assisted Living facility. Rehabilitation facility my husband unfortunately transferred to following heart procedure. Rooms are inadequate in size, beds are slippery and antiquated, no real bedding provided, paper bed protection not changed when dirty, floors not clean, garbage on floors, electrical cords everywhere. Bathroom toilet handle not connected. saw dr once in 2 months. contracted Covid while in facility and no one ever consulted his cardiologist despite request. Food inedible and always served cold. all staff blamed others rather solve problem. we fortunately fought for transfer to VA rehabilitation which attended to health issues and, after necessary hospitalization (to address CDef which had likely originated in la Canada) provided real care, rehabilitation, and recovery treatment. Avoid La Canada facility if you care about your loved one. read more

Had to take my loved one out of there after being in less than 24 hours,sent from the VA. First night he had to go to the bathroom and was told to just go in his pants and would get cleaned up afterward. Our Vets should be respected more at this facility. read more

I have been very lucky to get to work with LCC a few times in my line of work, They are so caring and the staff really do try to make the patients comfortable and they are great advocates for care. The took great care of my clients that were placed there and have been very responsive as well as understanding during this process. LAST PLACE ON EARTH I WOULD GO Family member (FM) recently spent almost a month there. FM was unhappy with food and care, and was discharged with extreme back pain. Given a few meds and two Rx's for more. Couple of days later went to pharmacy to fill Rx's and noticed La Canada's doctor had not signed them. Pharmacy called doc to sign electronically or even said we would go back to office for new Rx's. Surly doc cancelled both Rx's and said, in effect, to buzz off. FM spent several days in agony until could see another pain doc for new Rx's. Giving one star rating because could not figure out how to give NEGATIVE five stars. read more

My daughter got transferred here for rehab before 7 pm. It's after 11:30 pm and still can't get her pain or IV antibiotic medicines to her. Being told that their pharmacy is in Phoenix and every three to four hours the medications come from the Phoenix pharmacy. She's is lying in bed without a patient gown even though they have been asked for one. The room doesn't seem to have air conditioning....maybe swamp cooling. Asked for a fan but none available until tomorrow. There was no food available based on her ordered diet. No remote control for the television available. Staff walk away from her as she talks to them. Sadness in my heart since I have to leave her waiting for pain relief from the four surgeries she's endured in one week. She is feeling hot and no one has yet to check her vital signs and it's almost midnight five hours after arriving. No ordered pain meds or antibiotic yet. Still told the Phoenix pharmacy is preparing it. How can this be? 2nd day. Her bed is broken so it slanted to the floor at the foot of the bed. The tv is broken. The brakes on her bed didn't work so when she got up she fell to the floor. No side rails on the beds. A wound vac was ordered and it's still isn't on her after 24 hours. Pain medication have to be begged for. After the 9th request, she finally got it. When I tried to discuss this with the NP she gave me a shoulder shrug .... I felt like she didn't care if my daughter is in pain or if she has to wait 45 minutes and 9 requests to get it. read more

My father died after a few days at La Canada Care center who brought in an, md, who whose credentials gave me cause for concern to attend to my father as he rapidly declined during his short stay in their care and clung to life. It's worth learning as much about doctors as possible that this center has seeing your loved ones. In my opinion, I have reason to have serious questions about who they are bringing in and highly recommend one does background before allowing their loved ones to be seen by doctors they might otherwise want involved in their care. In the days before my father died at La Canada Care Center never returned my phone calls. And in the days after he died they never reached out until I insisted on medical records and questioned many of their actions. My requests brought me to a short meeting with the executive director, who spoke words and said nothing. He, the 'executive director' was the only person who never said 'I am sorry for your loss'. Afterall, my father died in his center. Prior to running La Canada Care Center, their 'executive director' had a 4-month stint at Best Buy whose job it was to "Improve annual gross profit" (basically a salesman) and before that a "Resort Recreation Assistant" at Disney World. I do not recommend La Canada (miserable) Care Center. Going there was a deadly mistake for my family. read more

If you care about your loved ones, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!! Her tv remote control went missing. Dirty Latex gloves and other garbage tossed on the floor instead of a waste can. Her room was hot and stuffy. Her bedside table had way too much unused items: Ointment tubes were left open. Sponge toothbrushes (which I used to clean her mouth). The previous night's dinnerware was left on a chair. Good luck trying to talk to a doctor. One good response: the receptionists were very nice. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! read more

Where to even start. My stepmother was transferred here post surgery for a tibia/fibia break that resulted in surgery. She is on no pressure to the foot for 3 months. She is also diabetic and the staff refuses to listen to her on of the written dosage directions of her endocrinologist on dosage levels based on her . The biggest problem we are having is that because they do not have a menu for diabetics, her sugar levels have been off the chart, like 560+ for days now. They serve nothing but food high in carbohydrates, a potato product (French fries, mashed potatoes, rice) with every meal. There are no real vegetables to speak of. Breakfast is French toast sticks, biscuits, pancakes, all high sugar and carbs. there are options if if you don't want the meal, baked chicken, grilled cheese, mac and cheese or a hot dog. Great if your feeding a 5 year old, not a 69 year old diabetic. They can't get her blood sugars under control so she is too weak for physical therapy. The nurse today told her if she didn't like it her family could provide all her meals, which I am doing until we can get her out of this place. I can't believe a skilled nursing facility doesn't have a menu for people with diabetes! Pharmacy issues, post surgery, they did not have her prescription ready for over 24 hours. When she complained the nurse came in and pretty treated her as if she was addicted to pain meds (mind you she was 24 hour post surgery with only 1 pain med given at the hospital) and the nurse told her to try "meditating" through it. I was floored. Took them a week to get her a bath. Trying to get her sent somewhere else because they are doing more harm with her diabetes. Filing a complaint with the AZ department of Health Services. read more

They are unprofessional, unkind, inefficient and make you feel like you are a criminal staying there. They do not assist you in getting better with these attitutudes. If you care at all about the person, do not put them in this facility. They will deteriorate quickly. That is my advice. read more

Do NOT send your family member here!!. My grandpa was recently here and was just taken to a hospital from this facility. He was there for rehab after having surgery on his leg, he was 100% independent before this surgery and he is now the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. My family and I have been physically there every day or called the facility to advocate for my grandpa and we were never taken seriously. Not to mention they don't return calls when you leave voicemails, and you have to call multiple times just to talk to someone. His mental capacity has not been normal and this is something we brought up multiple times no one did anything about it except think this was his "baseline" when he was completely alert and oriented when he was first admitted to this care facility. They do not take anything the families have to say seriously. We now know that there is a medical condition that could have been AVOIDED if they had taken us seriously. To top things off, they did not take action when we notified them that the medications that he was receiving were wrong dosages and needed to be changed. We personally handed them copies of his orders from his PCP and they never did a thing to correct it. I have been a healthcare professional for a decade, including working in long-term care, as well as rehabilitation hospitals, and I am extremely disgusted with the lack of care, compassion, attention, and dignity that they provided my grandpa. I personally had phone meetings with the DON, ADON, and social worker/case manager and all they would talk about was insurance, or the therapy that he SHOULD be receiving but no one knew what was done for the week he was there. I was never able to speak with someone who had direct contact with my grandpa. I now know why. I am extremely disappointed in the facility, and ALL of the staff that had a hand in his care. None of this is even mentioning a blatant HIPPA violation, that we uncovered once my grandpa was taken by ambulance back to the ER. I would not take your family member to this facility. Not if you love your loved one. read more

I just had a poor experience with the phone answering system and a staff member at La Canada. I called to check the status of one of my patients. When I called the main number 797-1191 the call went right to the kitchen. They had no idea why my call landed there and asked me to call the main number again. I called again and this time the call went to HR. The HR woman was also puzzled about getting my call. She sent the call to the nurse who promptly disconnected the call. When I called back, the call went to HR again. She sent the call back to the same nurse, who promptly disconnected the call again. When I tried for the last time, no one answered the phone. Needless to say if this is how they operate at 415 on a Wednesday afternoon, I'd hate to see what people go through at midnight. I do not recommend their facility. read more

The food here was ok however they could not follow my dietary restrictions and there was no other choices if you didn't like the food. They sell soda and small snacks during the day and ice cream once a week. There is no call light at the nurses station just one outside your door so when you press it they have to look up to see the light is on and that's only if they are in your hall so it takes awhile for them to get to you if you press it. They do make rounds at night to check you to see if your dry or wet if your incontinent. They were late giving me my antibiotics and I had a very serious blood infection. Also the nurses there didn't clean my pic line and they told me they didn't know they had to clean it everyday. So I showed them my pamphlet that I got when they gave me a pic line that said it needed to be cleaned thoroughly daily and when used and to keep the cap on, which they did neither and I ended up going back to the hospital with another infection in my blood which resulted in a growth on my heart and having to have two valves replaced and open heart surgery. I had the infection before and the growths before but they had removed them and they came back because I got another infection from the pic line. Please don't send anyone you love here. Also when I went to get my stuff back there was vomit in my purse and all my jewelry was gone and makeup also my clothes were gone. Strange but true. read more

My mom just got put in this place and already called her sister in tears wanting to leave. She was in a bad motorcycle and hurt her leg and after numerous surgeries she was able to keep it. She had to get a mucsle transfer to her leg and several skin grafts.This place has already hurt my moms leg, she still has a chance of losing it and these idiots arent helping. They refused to give her any medicine and left her in pain. When I went to see her today she had to ask three different times with three different people for help to go to the bathroom. When I left she still hadn't used the bathroom so I made sure to tell them a fouth time she needed help. We are NOT leaving my mom alone in that place not even for a second. Fingers crossed she will be released tomorrow. The staff is rude and uncaring. If you love your family or yourself and have other options don't chose this place. read more

My mother is at La Canada care center. They gave a wonderful Angel program, espeacially Angel Nikki. Nikki really looks out for my mom. When I have concerns or questions I go to Nikki and she will find the solution. Great staff. My has been there about 2 1/2 years. read more

I am writing about the phenomenal rehabilitation care my uncle, Mario Rochin recently received here. The therapy guys were awesome, attentive, and encouraged him even on those days that he was too tired. The food in the dining room was amazing and our family frequently joined my uncle for lunch dates. Your staff was very friendly and made a difficult experience welcoming. If you love the person that needs rehab and care center DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I would of given a negative if I could have. My Mother in law was put here for rehab. after hip went out of place. The care center is not the cleanest it should be the 3 weeks she was here they never cleaned under her bed. a glass was broken and pieces were under her bed the hole time. even when we complained about it. We also had a problem with one of the nurse aid her name was Joselyn. she verbally abuse my mother in law several times ( called her fat many time. she Is a average size women that is in her 90"s) several times my mother in law wanted to go in bed to rest before she went down to have her supper. joseyln told her if she puts her in bed know she will be down for the night. IT WAS 2:00 IN THE AFTERNOON she told my mother in law she then would have supper in bed. so my mother in law would not go to bed (She was up since 5:00 am) She would sit in a wheel chair all day. So we talked to the nurse in charge & the care giver they told us that we had to see the director of nursing( she was never their to talk to) so we talked to another person in charge right below her(nobody higher was available) she said she would take care of it. IT WAS NEVER TAKEN CARE OF. we talked to other nurses and nurses aid they very much dislike Joselyn because she never does her job. So to find out Joselyn mother is director of nursing ( no wonder nobody complains about her they are afraid of getting fired) I thing and for all the patient this joseyln takes care of is ok she should find another type of job nursing is not her thing. Another problem was when you push the call button it took forever to get somebody to help you. once they finally came in the would deactivate the button then say they will be right back. and never show up. my mother in law had to use rest room. push button. almost 15 minutes went by. then Joselyn came in and said she did not want to deal with my mother in law because of the brace she was in she left. mother in law pushed button again in about 15 minutes went by again some body came in and sorry to say it was to late what a mess (#2) if Joselyn would of helped or went and got some body it would of never happen. my mother in law did like most of the food. but they never told her she can ask for some other food like fruit etc. rehab was ok I just did not like that they did in groups she was suppose to get 5 time a week 40 minute sessions( nobody told us this was a group sessions and you take turns so you only get about 10 minutes each) The doctor that comes in was horrible. we went their at 5:30 am to catch him finally did had ? about my mother in law cough we had to insist on x ray he then put in for a antibiotic for a lung infection ( never told us it was pneumonia and keep on asking about her swollen feet he said he will have her weight (she gained 25 lbs in 2/1/2 week he then put her on a schedule to weigh her every day and gave her some med's. swelling was getting worse. we finally called her heart doctor he called in a prescription it helped slowly. the house doctor should be better than that I can keep going but we got her out of their and home ( that was a hassle also they wanted to keep he but she got her ortho to sign her out) she is home doing wonderful walking with a walker and swelling has gone down DO NOT BRING FAMILY AND FREIND HERE!!! read more

When looking for a place for my mother-in-law to come while she rehabbed a broken hip, we chose this place primarily because of the fact that the Executive Director, Michael, took time to sit down with us personally to discuss the care she would receive and give us a tour of the facility and because of his interaction with the staff on our tour. Unfortunately, the actual experience here did not live up to what we were told. The only reason I didn't give this facility a one star rating is because the physical therapy staff here really did a great job and because my mother-in-law really liked the food. Our biggest problem has been a complete lack of communication that began with the day my MIL left the hospital and the contract transportation company took her to the wrong facility even though we had been told she would be picked up by an employee of La Canada and not a contract driver. After an initial meeting with the care team 5 days after my MIL was admitted, we had no communication from any staff regarding her condition and progress. I finally had to contact Michael again three weeks into her stay just to get an update on her condition. To be fair, he did get with his staff and get back to me the next day. But overall, calls made to staff were not returned in a timely manner. read more

If you love and care about your family or friends, DO NOT bring them here! I'm an oncology travel nurse and very familiar with many skilled nursing facilities in and out of Tucson. I brought my mom here for physical and occupational therapy as well as continued antibiotics. Due to her physical deterioration, I knew she'd need more care and couldn't live alone. On the day of admit, I called the social worker to get started on discharge. Four calls went unreturned and it wasn't until I went to physically find her at her office that she said she'd get started on discharge. Five weeks later she'd done nothing, continued to not return calls, and on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day only called to say my mom was being discharged in two days because insurance ran out. There was no discharge plan, immoral and unethical to say the least. Again, only after I went to physically find her did she only give me a # for a referral agency and say "good luck." Obviously without a safe place to go, I refused to let them discharge her. Although they were charging/billing her full rate daily, they didn't bring her food on Monday until I called and threatened to report them for elder abuse. After a w eek of continued problems (billing her but closed her door and stopped providing therapies, cleaning her room, ignoring her). I set a meeting with the director concerned for her lack of care and safety and the FIRST remark to me is not an introduction or it's nice to meet you but "when are you going to pay the bill?" DISGUSTING! I finally found a place for her on my own because the SW never did anything to help, zero communication. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS IS H#!! HOLE. read more

If my mom and I had not visited my dad on the 2nd day of his stay, my dad would be dead!!! These people are completely oblivious and negligent to what it means to assess a patient. The management only knows the words "I am sorry," when the mistakes of a REGISTERED NURSE are brought to their attention. My dad was not given his proper medication. This was explained and reiterated several times to the staff, but was ignored. My dad was comatose when we found him, only for the RN to state "he has been uncooperative all day with us." WHAT?!?!?! How does an RN not know the difference between an uncooperative patient/ a sleeping patient/ and an unconcious patient???? I had to tell the RN everything to do on this day... Including to call and ambulance and get my dad to the hospital!!! Needless to say my dad was rushed by ambulance to the hospital and 6 days later is ok. Weaker than ever, since he's received no physical therapy, but rather spent an additional 6 days in bed. But again, if we hadn't shown up that day he would be dead due to the negligence of the staff and the care facility!!! Further more, the monotoned "I'm sorry that happened" from the management was enough to force your blood pressure off the charts!!!! read more

After touring the La Canada Care Center, I have to say I am impressed at how it has changed and improved since I was last here (about 5-6 years ago). The facility is very clean and even smells pleasant, the staff is friendly and cheerful, the residents and patients look well cared for and they even stopped to chat with me. I noticed the staff recognition board and the activities calendar, both showing that the folks running La Canada care about what is going on. Terrible terrible place to bring anybody. The nursing staff is always short handed. CNA's complaining not enough staff and the turn over is terrible. Seems nobody even wants to work here. What do they know that we don't? Even kitchen staff are cleaning rooms and I overheard it's ok because she is the daughter to the Director of nursing! What is going on here. When wheeled down to the dining room, we all just sit there late and alone waiting for food for a long time. Sometimes parts of our food never even are brought to us like our hot cereal. I am afraid for our safety with the lack of staffing around some of us. I wouldn't even have given this place a 1 star but the food is excellent when the morning guy cooks, and he is so sweet to us all. Every other time its overcooked, bland, or made up meals, that don't even make sense that's served to us. Its clear they are hiring unskilled workers in there. I don't know about you but I think our dietary needs are important and it is clear only 1 person in the building even cares about that. I would love to say someone get me out of here but I am almost done here. I will just keep doing my rehab and go. I'm glad I am not here permanently. Don't ever send your loved ones here. read more
