What really stood out in a negative way was being told, "Usually when I have vegetarian customers, they just eat a salad." That did not make us feel welcomed at all. It made us feel like an inconvenience instead of paying customers trying to find something suitable to eat. We ended up sharing a quesadilla with a side of whole beans, and my wife ordered the veggie fajitas, which I had not even noticed on the menu since I only saw protein-based fajita options listed. The food was okay, but only because sautéed vegetables are hard to mess up, and that is essentially what my wife received. Overall, it was not a great experience.
