Do not waste your time or money with this place. My parents have paid over 15k for a kitchen that was suppose to be done over a month ago contract stated. They have been out of a kitchen for more than 2 months. Not only is the quality of the cabinet is poor customer service was very poor. Lady that works there was only interested in selling. A lot of paint chipping on a lot of the cabinets. We would point it out and they claimed that's what my parents ordered. No action was taken. Plans were done wrong we provided blue prints for the kitchen and in the end my parents are asked to pay more for having them fix their own mistake. And since the balance isn't paid they will not finish the kitchen. The Lady I believe her name is Teresa is very rude when it comes to customer service. My parents also had asked for back splash and they said they would pay extra for it. But the lady stated back splash is only for the rich. She is very discriminating and racist to her own kind. read more

Not professional at all. Had to call supplier for flooring myself when product for stairs washing correctly. First went to store and was told it was right and nothing could be done. They were incorrect and after talking to supplier correct flooring was shipped. Don't pay in full or work won't get finished. They never came back to do touch up for the island that they installed. Can't do myself because I don't have touch up paint. Called and drove down there only be to told they would send someone out but no one ever shows up. Need more flooring but will never use this business again. read more

I am very satisfied with the work done by all the employees that worked in my house. I had tile floors and backsplash installed, painted kitchen cabinets, and had granite countertops with a waterfall feature installed. I have included pictures of the before and after. All employees that came to my house were respectful and professional, they did a great job and completed the work in a timely manner. read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tere, which is the person in charge of the place was highly unprofessional, she refused to answer my dads calls and texts about a poorly done job. Then, when I went to go confront her she proceeded to get very mad and she lost her cool and began to call me different names. She is childish and highly unprofessional, I have never experienced anything like this, especially coming from a business owner. Now to talk about the poorly done job. The workers installed the granite countertop in our house very crooked and uneven. At the very end it was super noticeable that some of the granite tops did not line up with each other, and it also seemed as if one of the granite tops was sinking into the counters because it wasn't placed properly. Another note is that the workers who did the installation also broke one of our light fixtures in our front yard when they were carrying in the material. Overall my main complaint here is with the owner Tere, her costumer service needs to improve by a lot, I will not be coming back to this location for any future projects. read more

This company will defraud you by taking your payment, delay your order, order you the incorrect tile, or call you to advise you have to purchase more than what you originally needed, and when you decide to cancel, they charge you a restocking fee of 30% and then they advise you there are no refunds other than store credit! read more

I can honestly say that I wish my husband and I would've came here the first time we changed our floor. We were ripped off and lied to by an outside contractor and our floor only last 2 years.....But now I am more than happy with our decision, La Casa in Madera was a dream come true! They not only demolished the mess that happened 2 years ago but they were also able to give us the best price out there. The girl that has helped us was always there and even measured our home for free that same afternoon, when other companies would charge $50-$100 and not show up till 2 weeks after we pay for it. I couldn't be happier with the way our home looks , I recommend all my friends from then on. And never once have I heard a bad thing about them read more

I came here August 2017 to purchase tile for my house. I needed about 900 sq ft. I was happy with the tile and the service for THAT day. She said all my stuff will be delivered next day, which would be the tile, grout, and thin set.. So next day came and they didn't deliver anything. So I called and the lady said that the grout color i wanted wasn't in stock so that is what I had to wait for. So we finally got our tile delivered but no grout. So I call again and she said the color I wanted was not in stock and I had told her why would you say everything will be delivered but not the grout and why didn't she call me to tell me? Well she explains that it was going to be 4-6 weeks for the grout color I wanted to come in. So i asked if i could change the color to something similar to the one i wanted and that was in stock. So she let me pick another color but none of them were even close to the color i wanted. So i settled for a lighter color and I had to go pick it up. When the tile was being installed some of the tiles were cracked or broken and we ran out of grout and had to get more. When i was trying to get the same color grout that i had to go pick up prior all of a sudden they are also out of that color but they magically have the color i wanted the begin with in stock!! The thin set was also made for winter installation instead of summer. The tile guy I had hired told me that this business does this, they try and get rid of all their old inventory so they save money. Also I had got financed threw them for the remaining balance of my purchase they failed to mention the interest was crazy high and I have really good credit, so I will never go back there and will never recommend anyone to go there and if someone is thinking of going there I will convince them otherwise! 1. They didn't give me the grout color i wanted 2. Some of the tiles were broken 3. Wrong thin set 4. Don't answer phone or return calls after purchase. read more

This place is shady. They came to measure and then once they were almost done they said we need to pay for more tile to finish. They measured again and the guy said he made a mistake he measured wrong! It took them over a month to finally come out to start work. They left all the tile boxes and cement bags and pieces of cement and buckets of water in a pile Was told that it would be an extra charge to have someone to come clean it up. We had to take time off of work to help the guy upload A pallet of tile from his truck. He came very unprepared, no hand truck no water, no mask, and no help and not enough supplies. We had to go buy more supplies. He told us his back hurt and only did a little bit at a time each day. They demanded payment before work was completed. When we said we would not pay, the guy came back with help and finished the rest in 2 days after being here for a week. They put grout and did not clean it up after, either. They were insistent that they didn't want to be paid with a check, they wanted cash. Tere was very rude & mean, once it was claimed the job was done. Never answered the phone, was not there when we had scheduled an appt at the office. When we told her we would report her to BBB. She said they would not do anything to her. This is the worse experience myself or anyone in my family have ever endured. read more

I would give 0 stars if that was a option. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They have terrible customer service and ripped me off. They had agreed to put new baseboards on after the tile was installed and then tried to say they were putting the old ones back on that they had left in the rain for 3 days. The installers left a huge mess and ruined my wood chips by the front door. They didn't move back any of the appliances as they stated they would. The tile looks nice other then the fact the grout has many different shades. I had to hire someone to do baseboards which I had paid them to do. Came back on 12 /27/17 to purchase mor of the same tile for a laundry room renovation. I didn't have the tile model number and they don't keep previous purchase information I was told? I knew the maker and the colt and asked if the could help me find it as I was sure I could pick it out. I had to ask them to come out from behind the desk. At that time they began to speak Spanish with each other assuming I didn't understand. They were being very rude in their comments. I left. I went to this store in search of some tile for my living room. I was amazed by the variety of different styles they offered...a lot more than I have seen at any Lowe's or Home Depot. The girl's working there were quick to help me and provided great customer service. Since I already had the measurements for my living room they were able to let me know how much material I would need right away... was also glad to know that part of there services included going out and measuring my house if need be. Overall I was able to get a good deal with them thanks to all the promotions they gave me. Definitely would recommend this store and I am definitely going back to tile the rest of my home.Thank you! read more

Horrible customer service and high cost for low quality product and workmanship. My parents purchased a whole cabinet, granite and backsplash for the kitchen and bath. The backsplash installation is low quality workmanship. The cabinets are warping at the doors. I called for warranty service and haven't received a call back yet. read more

Is there a negative rating?! I would not rate this company whatsoever! Terrible manager with the worst customer service ever. She is rude and unprofessional. We had porcelain tile installed and instead of it being only 2-3 days, it's taking a week to complete. Let me just say that we had to go and buy our own grout because they never ordered it, said they would reimburse us right away. We go buy it, take the receipt to the Ceramica and they don't have change! We, ourselves, went to the store to get change for them. My husband and I have never been ones to complain, but this is one time where we need to. I DO NOT recommend you enter the building. read more

Had the worst experience ever going through them they are fast to take your money but when it comes down to the rest they are sloppy and not professional at all. Had someone from the store come measure my countertops to find out he didn't know what he was doing because when they came to install them it was the wrong size because he didn't measure right and then the manager at the store try to blame me when they sent someone to measure and I told them I wanted my money back and she said they dont give money back (but they are fast to take it). And then the manager at the store wanted the installer to cut my island so the countertop could fit cause they ordered the wrong size and didn't want to order the one they should have in the first place. And then the installer decides to make the holes on the countertops for my bathrooms where he wanted instead of where the sinks need to go and that's that he took the template to make the holes in the right spot and after he messed up he try to tell me that the sinks were what's wrong not the hole he made and for me to take the sinks back to the store and get different ones.
