Walked in, and it was pretty empty since I came right before lunch. Found a seat, and the waitress came by and saw that the botana for 2 was about 25 buks, I think. Ordered a mix botana and a tea. Once the botana came by on first glance, it looked good, but as I started to eat, I noticed that the fajitas were super small and chopped up to bits. The chicken was only a couple of small chunks that didn't even look like a small chicken breast. Once everything was said and done, I paid about 36 bucks, including the tip. Botana 2 outa 10 taste was good, but no meat it was an optical illusion in the picture. Location 6 outa 10 it was clean. Waitress 6 outa 10 she was very attentive All in all, it could have been better since no one was really in the restaurant when I went. Very disappointing.

The menu said shredded chicken but we were told they didn't have chicken they only had beef so I ordered it. The flautes were lacking flavor and probably could have been saved by adding salt to them and the beans but they don't have that at any of the table. Our waiter arrived, took our drinks, then after he brought them, we all placed the orders. The family before us was already eating. It took close to an hour for our food to come out. Two family members ordered coffee. I ordered some too, but it was decaf. At around the 30 minute mark for waiting for our food, a young kid came out offering coffee refills. He filled my mom and sisters coffee and tried to fill mine up too. I asked him if he had with him the decaf for regular coffee and he said, "Yes." Then he left and didn't refill my decaf coffee. More and more customers started arriving and it seemed as if they were understaffed. I would have taken away another star but to be honest, the food was good. The presentation of all plates were great too. However, the tortillas we were given were already cold. I tried to flag down a waiter to ask for warmer tortillas or flour tortillas, but we couldn't see anyone in the lobby. By the time someone came, all of us on our table had finished our meals and we didn't need tortillas anymore. I would love to go again and have a better experience.
