Delicious food, but please fix the cultural mislabeling -- this is Turkish çılbır, not 'Greek eggs
I loved the eggs here -- the flavors were great -- but I wanted to flag something about the menu naming. The "Greek eggs" dish with yogurt is actually çılbır, a traditional Turkish breakfast dish (poached eggs served over yogurt, often with garlic and chili butter). It's been part of Turkish cuisine for centuries.
As a Turkish American, it was disappointing to see it labeled Greek, especially with "Greek yogurt" on the menu -- that term itself is often used generically in the U.S. for strained yogurt, when the style actually originates from Turkey. I'd really appreciate it if the menu credited the dish correctly as Turkish. Getting the origins right matters, especially for dishes that carry real cultural history.
Otherwise, the food itself was excellent and the service was great. Just hoping this gets a name change read more
