We only wait a couple minutes for the food to be ready. I got the #3 enchilada plate and my husband got the #4 rolled tacos. The enchilada were excellent. Lots meat and the sauce was really good with a little bit of heat. My husband said the rolled tacos were good just very small so that would be our only real critique. The quality of the food was great, the portion sizing was smaller than anticipated as it means Mexican restaurants tend to offer substantial portions. They also had a bar with homemade sauces and guacamole which we always enjoy. We appreciate the homemade taste. I would recommend if you are looking for some quick, quality, Mexican.

The beans are creamy and good accompanied by a generous portion of cheese. The rice was good and hot even after being carried back to my room. I expected to see 3 small flour tortillas wrapped in the foil packet that always comes with a carnitas plate. Boy was I excited to see one giant flour tortilla, this thing was as big as grandma's lampshade. That made the meal different and cool for me. Different is good.
