Horrible service!!! Do not spend your money here!!! The owner and only lash tech does not wash her hands before doing lashes. I have witnessed her go to the bathroom, handle money and attempt to do lashes. I confronted her About it and she argued. I just left. Disgusting!! Omg! In my life, I have never seen anything like this. I ordered one of the most expensive mani-ped. I've been getting these forever AND this was the worst yet. First of all, I should have realized, there was only one customer on a Sunday in the Summer - Red Flag. I've had poor pedicures before, probably more often than not. But this one, she didn't even complete the steps. Also, for the first time, I asked to speak w/ the manager and she said one hour was spent on me. I had just texted a friend when I started and it was 31 minutes. It wasn't as if I wasn't going to pay. I did pay before complaining. Just thought the manager should know that I was not at all satisfied. The manager kind of yelled at me and in that moment said, "Do you want to see the camera?" I said, I already paid you. I know how much was done on my pedicure. I'm just making you aware. Maybe it was a bad day for the gal that did my pedicure. That's ok, we all have those days. But, wow, the manager should at least accept the complaint and accept it for what it's worth. This was weird. First time I just couldn't leave a tip. We all go to get a pedicure to feel better. Ladies are very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the prices have gone up like everything else and product quality has gone cheap. This is a gel manicure about 4 days old. This is my second one this month and both have only lasted 3-4 days before chipping & coming completely off. I was taken here for my birthday on the July 7th I was supper excited to have some girl time and get a little pampered Well if getting into an argument with the nail lady because she filed my thumbnail so far and she had to re-do it with acrylic and threw a fit because she had to do it then burned my skin with the emery board (around my cuticles) then I guess When going on my phone the background light lit up and my nail polish is see through (it's not supposed to be see through) When I called today she asked when I came in and started arguing with me I spent over $90 my sister and my stepmom spent over 150 to be talk this way was just ridiculous and very unprofessional Oh and I think they are scamming taxes they only take cash I do know they were putting generic baby wipes into a Clorox sanitizing wipes container (as the baby wipes were Clorox wipes) read more

Very nice service for walk ins but the lady wasn't that great with the nails. She didn't even check if they were even all the way which tells me she's not too passionate about her work. I've gone to better places. It was my first time here and the skills were mid. I had her redo my left ring finger and my middle finger because it was too high on the tip and now it's too low, I'd wish she would check the nails for consistency and made sure both hands matched. read more

The first time I went into Le castle nails & spa I was impressed not only by the clean, Serene and beautiful atmosphere but mostly by the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the staff! I went in for an eye lash appointment with Nery and from that experience I tried a pedicure with Jon and nails and I have never gone anywhere else. I love that they don't over book or tell anyone to wait 15 Minutes. They take their time they make you relax and feel special. I never thought spending so much time at a salon would be something I actually liked but I look forward to it every 2 weeks and have referred several family and friends to go and they all live it. DONT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE!!! Had eyelash extensions done here and the lady who did my eyelashes was so unprofessional, she left me half way through applying my lashes for 30mins and I kept trying to call it to anyone to find out where she went and I couldn't even open my eyes to see who was around to help me. I was on a time limit since I made sure I would have enough time to pick up my kids from daycare and I was worried I would be late if  she didn't come back and finish them.  Finally after yelling louder for their attention did someone go tell her I was yelling for her. She came in telling me she thought I fell asleep and I told her I did not I heard when she said I will be back and i asked her that even if I did fall asleep why would she not just finish my eyelashes because I was going to be late pick up my kids . She told me that her previous scheduled client had finally shown up late for her appointment so she thought since I fell asleep it was okay to go do her eyelashes and just leave me there with my eyes taped shut with half of the lashed done.i that was not even the worst part that came after was a living nightmare. She must have been rushing to get done with my lashes because I could tell something wasn't right and at the end her and her coworker were standing over my eyes and I could her them discussing quietly in their language about something that had to do with my eyes because every so often I'd feel them sort of attempt to pull apart my eyes but were having trouble doing it. And they putt some stuff on my eyes and tried pulling the apart without noticing. THEN I FELT AND HEARD HER USE SCISSORS OF SOME SORT TO CUT my eyelashes apart. When she finally told me to open my eyes after applying the fan, it burned so badly I told her and she told me to keep the fan on longer. After it still burned but I was late to pick up my kids so I had to leave and drive like that. My eyes were so red and on pain and I could feel where they had to force my eyes apart from the glue that was holding my eyes shut. I believe they ripped my skin to force it open. The whole drive to pick up my kids i had the air conditioner on to help with the burning in my eyes. The eyelashes did not even look as nice as they normally did them. I had been coming to this salon for atleast 2 years before and had always loved the way they did my eyelashes but this time they had a different girl do them and that girl was so unprofessional and must have not been properly trained to apply eyelash extensions. All day my eyes did not feel right at all but atleast they stopped burning as much as long as I was in the air conditioner home. The next day I had an event which required me to go outside and it was summer so it was hot and I believe that is when the glue in and around my eyes began to activate again with moisture, im not sure but its just a guess. My eyes began to burn again and could feel stuff inside my eyes and it hurt and after so much suffering I went back to the salon and asked them to remove the eyelashes please because it was causing painful burning to my eyes. They were really rude about it and told me to keep my eyes closed or the stuff they used would burn my eyes. I did not open my eyes at all and when the lady went to remove the tape she placed on my eyes she tugged so hard without even trying to hold my eye lids down that it tugged them open a bit and i immediately felt the most intense burning in my eye that i have ever felt. It was so painful i screamed and she yelled at me telling me she told me to keep my eyes closed and I told her you pulled them open when you ripped that tape off of my eyes and i begged her to help me while her coworker told her in an annoyed tone to let me rinse my eyes out. She told me to go to the sink and i said can you please help i can't see anything and she lead me to it and said "there". I asked for a refund and when they gave it to me the main woman screamed at me to never come back and i was so furious i told her why would i ever want to come back here after this. The day ahead  only got worse.. I could feel something in my eyes and it hurt them as I was looking in my eye I felt my eyelid get stuff on my eyeball and it wouldn't open or close right anymore. Thats when I realized all the messy glue had made its way into my eyeball and was hardening making my eyelid get glued to my eyeball. I had my brother call  an ambulance. I was so scared that I would lose an eye. The entire drive they had continous water dripping on my eyes which helped relieve the pain a lot. The doctor were able to flush my eyes as well and they tried to contact the salon to get the name of the chemical they used to remove my eyelashes so that it would not counter react with anything they put in my eyes and the lady said she would text the name to me but we waited and she didn't text back. This is a reply to the managers response to my original review below. Never did I say anything about her not working hard to get her license or her not being from this country. Just because she is licensed doesn't mean that she's entitled for me to be happy with her bad pedicure and your bad customer service. That has nothing to do with what you're alluding to so I stop you right there. How dare you even go there. Also, you said you didn't know however I mentioned several times to her, another staff and to the gentleman. I also sat for 25 minutes at the drying station and not one person acknowledged either until I was ready to pay. Maybe you should manage your salon better if you don't know what's going on. Lastly, being the manager, as you said, I don't even know what you looked like because you didn't get up to look at my pedicure or offer a solution after I couldn't wait again. Never once was I offered to return at a later time, only offered to wait and now I find out to wait after you were finished with a client, even longer. So again, I reiterate, stay away from this business. Bad pedicure and customer service (especially from the business manager) for walk ins. read more

This place disappointed me again! Got my fill and change of color on the 3/10/19. Went back on 3/12/19 because the gel was coming off from 2 of my nails. The lady fixed them then like 2 days after gel started coming off from my other nails. I gave this place many chances and idk if the lady that first did them was in a rush or if the gel they use is cheap idk because I'm not a professional but the gel on my nails started peeling/ chipping off within the 2nd day of having them done. I scheduled an appointment 4 hours before arriving to gurantee a spot they still made me wait to be seated about 20 mins and then had me in the water waiting 30 mins well everyone who came after me was getting there pedis done i was the only one who didn't start i was so angry . I came in to get my nails done and when i walked in everyone looked up at me and continued to work on the nails they were doing so i waited and after about 3 minutes someone told me what do you want to get done. So i told them a full set they sat me down and i waited there for about 5 minutes and then a lady comes she introduces herself and starts doing my nails. After she glued on the tips she gets up takes her file her tips and walks behind me to an other client and starts doing her nails aswell. I waited for her to come back to me and do my nails. She was a really nice sweet person and she did great on the shape and application. I left the place very happy with the way my nails had turned out. Not even two days later my nails started chipping and i found that weird because I had gotten my nails done before it had never happened.
