I had been going on 63 days with the same set, so that's honestly a win for my nail tech Kelly over at Allure shout out her!) Anyways, Nin still made it happen! Brought my nails 100% back to life. It did take some time, but they didn't make me feel rushed or bad. I loved the energy inside it was peaceful and quiet. The music was a vibe! I appreciated that they fit my mom & I in last minute! I called at lunch time (12ish) to be seen after work (530) and it worked out perfectly! The girl who did my mom's nails did a great job as well. From shape to how she treated my mom. I usually don't write reviews but this place definitely deserves one. I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! They were so patient and welcoming, and they were more than willing to take care of both me and my mom for our pedicures. They really take their time with their services--nothing felt rushed, and the attention to detail was amazing. The person doing my pedicure was incredibly informative, explaining each step of the service and making sure I understood what they were doing and why. The salon itself is super cute, with the prettiest pink decor that makes the whole place feel cozy and fun! Our feet and legs felt amazing afterward, and we left feeling so relaxed. Not to mention, my mom is post-op from knee surgery, and the care and gentleness they showed made the whole experience incredibly comforting for her. Okay sooo this review is long overdue! I found this place when looking for a change up since I'm pretty new to the hype of nail art. I finally gave in before a vacation to SoCal back in August (summery colored nails) and if one of my nails didn't break from work, I could've definitely sported those beauties another couple weeks. That said, because I experienced no lift and I loved the finished product, I knew o had to come back!! Nin outdid themselves with both sets, but omggggg I'm so in love with the moody design. My only disappointment is with the 3D aspect. At first, they're super cute, but for me they unfortunately eventually started coming off. Nin fixed one of the gems and added top coat, but unfortunately the water droplets and cute design just wasn't as durable as I hoped. Nonetheless I just booked another appointment today and I'm extremely excited. This is the best nail experience I've ever had and they've made me a loyal customer. read more

08/03/24 I got my nails done today and sadly I am not satisfied. I came home with one of my flower stickers already coming off and lifting on all my nails, cut cuticles, leftover dried acrylic powder and nail polish on my fingers and hands, and a bad paint job. I payed a good amount for this set and am wishing to have it redone because the price does not nearly match the quality of work they provided me with. It also seems like the lady doing my nails was rushing since she had another client to get to. I tried calling the store to inform them about this but they didn't answer and there was no way for me to leave a voicemail. I'm hoping to stop by tomorrow and get my nails redone because this is not acceptable. UPDATE: 08/04/24 The manager of the salon kindly offered to fix my nails. It's hard finding a good nail spot. I had a gel pedi with Rosie there weeks ago. It was great. So I thought I'd try them for another pedi plus a mani. Welp, Rosie isn't there anymore so that sucked. After being told to come back in an hour, when I re-arrived was sat in the pedi bowl for a half hour and my daughter sat in her pedi bowl a full hour before our feet were tended to. Our feet turned out ok but our gel manis did not. The male tech rushed through my mani. He didn't soak my cuticles and cut into my dry skin drawing blood while he watched a movie on his propped up cell phone. He didn't smooth my nails by filing. Even after the polish dried he didn't re-file them to make sure they were not jagged. I had to file them myself when I got home only to see that the gel had already chipped. My daughter's nails were not pretty in the end either. Their prices are outrageous, especially considering the poor quality of work. I will not be going to them for any services again. Waste of time, money and the energy it takes to write a bad review. read more

This was my 3rd and last time going to this salon. I went in to get a fill and the nail tech asked repeatedly if I wanted to cut them down. I said just a tiny bit. She cut them down a lot. So much so that when she was filing and shaping my nail she was filing my fingers!! I asked her why would she do this to my nails and was told I asked for it. I NEVER asked for this. An experienced nail tech would/should never do this. At this point, I just asked for the entire set to be removed. They seemed to feel some type of way because I wanted them off and didnt want a new set. She soaked them off and did a horrible job. I had to ask her twice to please remove the nail because they were not off completely. When I left the shop they were rude and said nothing at all RUDE!!. No apology, no goodbye, no nothing. I was so incredibly upset. It was very rude and unprofessional. I wasn't even going to post a review but, my thumb nails are split on both sides because of the way she did them. I got this set done in November for a wedding, the set was pretty but had some flaws. For one, the application on each nails were way too thick. Each nail's thickness were completely different, I had also asked the nail tech to file down to make them thinner. In the end, they were still super thick. When I went to get a fill at another salon, it took them a long time to even file down the nail. For design, I had requested was flowers and somehow the nail tech decided to do two different styles. I wanted to say something but she had already taken 2-3 hours to do this set, not even getting to my pedicure and asked me to come back the next day to get my pedi. KEEP IN MIND, 2-3 hours on a set is really long for a salon. While they do offer student discounts, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have 2-3 hours to do your nails. My usual place makes them thinner and only takes less than hour to do this set + for a cheaper price. read more

I don't leave many reviews, but this experience was rough... I was at this location just over a week ago for an appointment to get a simple gel manicure. When I arrived, I waited several minutes to begin, which was fine, but when the woman started in my nails, she kept having to get up and tend to a coworker and another client. Again, would've been fine but... the manicure took an hour and a half, and throughout, I tried to ask questions and make requests, and the woman doing my nails did not speak enough English to know what I was saying. She was answering questions I wasn't asking, and was not answering what I was asking! I told her I wanted to cut my thumb and pinky nails, because they were longer than the other nails, and she laughed and said, "It's okay." I showed her a picture of colors and tried to ask which colors she was using in which nails, and she kept saying, "35." She also used that spinny thing in all of my nails about three different times during the hour and a half. My nails were so brittle later, that so far, four nails have broken in different spots. I speak another language and I appreciate differences, but I couldn't get what I asked for because I wasn't being understood! Overall, it was a very poor experience for me. read more
