I came into this shop on a Wednesday evening after work to get my nails done. I love the aesthetics of the shop! It was nicely decorated, clean, and chic! I wanted a nail fill and I didn't want such sharp almond nails since I tend to break them and she listened and did exactly what I wanted. I'm satisfied with my nails and they're so friendly. I love that they offer water, soda, and champagne to their guests! I will be back. read more

I have only been to this location once but the time I was there it was truly something special. Upon arrival I thought the place was closed but I was wrong. The employees were all very friendly and extremely welcoming. I happened to be the only guest in the building and I felt so appreciated. I was offered mimosas, water, dried fruit and even a live karaoke performance. I had the pleasure of talking with the owner Danny to help him work towards editing the hours on Yelp. ** looks like they are updated. Yay!!! Danny was very friendly and even offered me water even though they were closed. Thank you for your consideration. I used to go to the other location on Hammer Ln, but this one is so close to my house. I loved the way my nails turned out and I cannot wait to enjoy a fresh pedicure/manicure service. Last minute nail trip the day before my daughter's winter formal. I got a mani/pedi and wanted a French tip, no gel. She seemed annoyed that we both didn't want gel but ‍ I don't like the process, chemicals and the way it peels off after a couple days due to my oily nails. She was patient, understood little English, And was nice. She wasn't able to do French tip, the lines were all over the place and I could tell she was getting frustrated so I asked if she could do them the same as my toes, one color. She was relieved and said "thank you". I had the same tech for my mani & pedi. My daughters pedi tech was nice, same experience. Her manicure tech was different and she got short acrylic nails. The acrylic tech was fantastic, no language barrier, her art was great. The interior was updated, they had a Korean street food program playing which was enjoyable to watch. Everyone was nice, there is an atm there, they also accept Zelle & Venmo. While I was getting my pedi I was watching the male tech do nails and he was great! His art was well done. Overall this place wasn't bad. I'm still trying to find a place that doesn't try and force gel on you and knows how to do a French tip or design with regular nail polish instead of gel. I guess it's a dying art. Boo. Natural nails it will be until then. read more

I am super picky about my pedicures, but the lady who did my pedicure was great. Her name was B and she made sure to pay attention to the things that I said that I liked it I disliked and she also made sure to be very gentle with my feet at the same time, they do offer a punchcard for each time that you come so that you get 20% off after a certain amount of times And I think that's pretty cool because the times of the $20 pedicure are over. read more

Over priced and always running behind I called to schedule an appointment and they saw me 45 min later. Pedicure that I paid for was double the amount I asked over the phone for the price and they said about 45 I ended up paying double And my nails don't even look right They're all different shapes and sizes This is so annoying I came back because I like it the first time and they did a terrible job this time. Right before my weeding! Not planning on coming back! I even told my nail lady that my nails don't look the same.She didn't even care She just said don't worry i fix it, but she made it worse Btw i paid $80 for my nails this is ridiculous read more

Came here on Monday for a pedi. Not sure of the name of the lady who gave me a pedi but she barely spoke/ understood any English. I got the basic pedi (which was $35), didn't want anything other than that. Immediately the lady pointed at the $40 pedi, I expressed that I only wanted the basic and she insisted I get the $40. I said no I want the basic. Off to a bad start but I figured maybe the language barrier so I didn't hold it against her. Her vibes were off honestly but I again I didn't hold it against her, I get it people just tryna make more money. It's annoying but I'm understanding. Well she starts cutting my toe nails and I was in pain. I haven't gotten my nails done in a while, so I figured I'm just not used to it idk. Well the service was done, I go home my toes hurt but I thought it would go away soon. I thought it was just general soreness which can happen. Well I shower and at this point my toes hurt soo bad even the water touching my toes was feeling so painful, this is the first time I have ever experienced pain like this. My big toes are both visibly bleeding as well which i didn't notice at the salon. My toes are also getting pretty swollen, reddish purple hues and it hurts to walk or touch them. The next day was even worse in pain level, my toes are fat from the swelling, still purple, but the bleeding has stopped. I could barely stand at work because of the pain. Today is the third day still in pain, I was advised to go to the hospital if the pain persists. This really sucks because tomorrow is my birthday and I have plans out of town. Now I feel like my plans are ruined bc this lady was either salty i didn't want anything other than basic, or that she's just a really bad nail tech. Lessened learned though, I will not be returning. read more

Went for a mani/pedi on 5/24/25 because I was attending a wedding the following day. Customer service from Elly the tech was excellent. She made my first visit comfortable and very relaxing. However, on Tuesday night 5/27/25 the gel on my nails has already begun to lift and peel. I've never experienced this before and am disappointed since I rarely pamper myself and paid a pretty penny. Unfortunately, I will not be returning but two stars for the mimosas and overall ambiance. read more

When I arrived it was amazing customer services was great the lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job. Now when the lady asked to do my eyebrows I had politely declined. She asked again multiple times and said no I can do them shape them good. I figured she'd confident she can do them I'll trust her and it beats driving across town wrong I have great eyebrows but she absolutely ruined them there not cleaned or trimmed and not the same and just ruined she said that my eyebrows are like that and there not they never ever looked like this she kept Trimming and said you will need to fill in with a pencil I never has to do that cause my natural eyebrows are perfect she ruined them right before my birthday I'm super upset read more

So, my favorite tech, Terry os on maternity leave. So I have to find another spot that knows how to do Tap Gel really good or just let my nails completely grow out in the 3 months she's gone. I asked for a simple color change yesterday. I have french tips and I DO NOT NEED A FILL! The tech told me it's $35 to touch up my french tips. Da Fck! I re-explained the I do not need a fill or a full color change. And she said "Sorry but that's how much it is. $35 or $25 for a color change". I told her "Oh! Y'all just robbing people". "I'm fine touching up my own french tip." I went to pay for my pedicure, that was "meh". It was to come with a 15m foot massage that never happened and the red polish was on my skin. The bill was $45 and after the "Da Fck" moment and not receiving the full pedicure I was paying for, the tech asked if I was paying a tip. I didn't respond and took the POS in my hand, inserted my card and waited for the "Thank you" notification. My intention was to keep my choice to not tip to myself. I handed the tech the POS and she pressed a button to see if I left a tip. THE GALL!!!I looked at the tech and walked out the door. I probably won't go there again. I thought I found the best place for my nails and money. I promoted them to ladies. Now I have to take that back. I'm not happy to do this but I refuse to be taken advantage of and others shouldn't either. read more

The staff is always really friendly, the facility is always clean and it's also very new and modern so it's very comfy. Every time I go they are quick to offer refreshments. I only go for their pedicures which are also very enjoyable they do a good job, and the focus on the details. The only bad thing is their price is not consistent, and they will add things without telling you so you are upcharged at the end and then they will charge you to remove it? (This could've been a misunderstanding on my End though) it's just really pricey. Planning for a 30$ pedicure and then it comes out to 45$ bc they charge $15 for gel. It's not listed on the pedicure menu nor will it be explained before hand. I just picked a color and I didnt know it was gel, and I didn't know it was extra. I know now for next time. Mainly frustrated bc it messed up my birthday spending budget, even if it was just 15$. So just be aware to stand your ground here and ask questions bc it's very pricey and I feel like it can be a lil sneaky at times. read more

Thanks yelp!! Lol I have been looking for a new nail salon for about 4 months. Glad i found this spot. New and clean. My nail tech did a good job. Pedi lady did good job as well. They dont water down or skimp on the products. Seems like the other techs know what they are doing as well. I heard no complaints from the other ladies getting serviced. They also have beverages, i just wish my mimosa had more than a splash of bubbly. read more

It's a tradition of mine to get a pedicure on the first day; just to relax, unwind, and have pretty toes! I found this salon on Yelp after seeing all the amazing reviews, and now I absolutely understand why. The manicurist was so kind and friendly, and she gave me the best calf massage I've ever had (she even mentioned my legs were very tight!). She was incredibly detailed and took her time with every step. I spent about an hour and twenty minutes there, and it felt wonderful to be pampered and not rushed. This place is truly a gem; I would definitely be a regular if I lived locally!

Black background was hr later. Blue back ground next day. Busy week so didn't go to the shop. Just went on to check if they responded, which they did but notice my full details we gone. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.

Upon choosing my pedicure I was offered a beverage, from wine to juice to water. (Yes please!) Several scents are offered for the pedicure. I went with Crystal Waters (in preparation for my cruise), and as soon as she poured the first round into the water, I knew I made the right choice. The tools used came right out of a package- not something I'm accustomed to but highly appreciative! Jenny did the pedicure- Happy with the results! (And she's really sweet!) When it came time for my new set, Alina took over. She looked at the design/color scheme I wanted and dove right in. I love that she chose the colors for my middle finger- It turned out exactly as I would have hoped! I think it's safe to say I've finally found a place that I'll consider my "go to" spot! He asks how your day is going and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down. What I really appreciated is that he checks in, he asked if I liked the color, the look, everything. When he noticed I wasn't fully happy with the color, there was zero attitude. Instead, he took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted even after I changed it twice. That alone says a lot about his professionalism and kindness. This was my first time at this establishment, and everyone I observed was friendly and welcoming. It felt respectful and comfortable, unlike some places where staff talk in another language and you're left wondering what's being said. Here, I felt included and well taken care of. Honestly, part of me doesn't want to leave such a good review because I don't want it to get too busy and struggle to get an appointment but that would be selfish . I used to go to another salon in Tracy that was just okay, but after a rushed, disappointing repair on a broken nail, I decided to try somewhere new. I'm so glad I did. Nelson, Emmy, and Nina are amazing -- they're friendly, welcoming, and always make each visit a great experience. I usually stick to French tips or solid colors because I'm indecisive with colors, but they always do a beautiful job no matter what I choose. If you're looking for a new nail salon, I definitely recommend this place!
