While the final outcome of my case was somewhat favorable, my overall experience was disappointing. There was a clear lack of transparency around billing and costs. The fees felt excessive and were not supported by the level of communication or visibility into the work being done. Good result does not justify unclear or questionable billing practices. When I questioned the charges and asked for a review of the charges, the response felt defensive and, confrontational as if simply asking for clarification was an issue. It was also concerning that the firm appears to be receiving $141,686.00 from my $180,000 settlement. Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving forward without fully understanding how fees will actually be calculated, applied, and enforced. read more

I've been with LA century law for my son's case and Zeidy has been my case worker. She's been the nicest and hardest working case worker I'd hope for. I previously had another experience w/ B&D law group and they were the absolute worst , never would reply or return any calls, the only time I heard from them in 5 years of my case was when I left two yelp reviews! My experience with LA century law and Zeidy has been the opposite. When the front desk forwards me to her, she always answers and if she doesn't always promptly returns my calls! She's accommodated me with any and all answers to my questions no matter how repetitive they were. Omg I have used attorney for many reasons for my business. Car accident maybe a couple times . It was the weekend . So decided to reach out to someone who that was open on the weekends.. came across LA century. Law . The worst mistake I have done in 45 yrs . From the start I should have got some else. When buffet women from there office would car me l. I don't have a case then days later I have a case I need this done have to go to this doctor. When I really wanted is to have this pain in my neck go away . They didn't even know that the insurance called me and paid me out for my car because it was total .i was at a lite got rear ended from back as I was turning to talk to my wife someone slams in to us from the rear . My case has been open for over 2 years! They keep switching new people and it's super annoying! Finally my case closed and 3 months later still no disbursement after messaging them every other week! They're Always making stuff up saying they are still waiting to hear back from 2 doctors to reduce the bills... anyways I finally get my disbursement and they want basically 50% of my settlement! 45% attorneys fee and basically another 5% for "cost and expenses" I've been in a accident before and my other attorney has never charged me 45% so be careful with these attorneys because they are money hungry and lag on your case! Attorney fees are always 33.3% unless something major they have to deal with. I'm super annoyed and pissed because they didn't go over and beyond for anything and they want 50%... no, my case didn't go to court nor was it that major, only thing is they took forever to close and that was there fault not even the insurance I went through about 3 attorneys at this law firm. Also the doctors they use aren't even reliable and one was super rude. I'm irritated due to the fees they want to take out for no apparent reason. read more

WARNING, please consider taking your business elsewhere! If you do decide to have this unprofessional office represent you make sure you ask for an itemized breakdown on their cost and expense. Attorney Ryan J Daneshrad Lic #309643 is not professional in any way especially when it comes down to phone calls and giving requested documents. Ryan also threatened me that he was going to increase fees because I was asking for a breakdown of their so-called expenses. This office has only handled my case for a period of 13 days however are claiming expenses of $2964, which $900 was for 3 months of litigation, which the ins company settled w/ them in 13 days. They also tried to sneak a doctor's fee in when that dr. never agreed to work on a lien however Ryan and his office made me do the work to get it remove even though I sent in a paid receipt. Ryan tried to justify it by saying the file was lost however is charging extra to hold my missing file lol.
