I used to live in Lake Mary and SWORE by 9 nails. Even after moving to Winter Springs I made the drive to 9 nails. Well after multiple horrible experiences to include: I decided to treat myself for a $45 hot stone massage. I was burned more than once. I felt bad for the nail tech and asked him if it was hurting his hands, immediately another nail tech who I'll mention next said no he's just joking (I could tell by his face he was 100% not) Bobby the owner was completely aware of what was going on as he looked over on multiple occasions and one time I jumped out of the seat. The female nail tech who said "he was just joking" is EXTREMELY rough. To the point where I'd wait longer just so I didn't have her do my nails. The ONLY reason I paid full price was because my mom was with me and has been looking forward to getting her nails done for so long I just let it go. So when a friend mention La Chica who is under new management and changed their name to "ET Nails" (although when I edit the business through Yelp they never changed the name) I decided to give them a try. I was the only one who was in there when I arrived. It CLEARLY states you must wear a face mask. As all the employees were, the ladies who came in after me had them pulled down and another couple came in without a mask...nothing was said. I decided to treat myself. I usually just get the basic mani/pedi with gel finger nails, but there were offering 25% off, so went with the luxury spa with herbal shoulder heat pad for $45. Heller was awesome. She did an amazing job, super nice and very long foot and calf massage. The pedicure is SUPPOSED to include the following. (I've attached a photo of the description): A pedicure with vitamin C lemon, flower pedals, mud wrap, white tea sugar scrub, callus and paraffin treatment and a massage ALONG with the shoulder heat pad. I did NOT receive the flower pedals, which I didn't really care about, but I was looking forward to mud wrap and shoulder pad. I asked the owner twice about the heat pad and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. While I was getting my paraffin treatment (when they dip your feet in hot wax and cover them) I asked again. She tried telling me the paraffin treatment was the "shoulder heating pad". At this point I was over going back and forth. As a courtesy she could've at least told me they didn't have the shoulder heater instead of lying. Heller applied the nail polish on my feet and gel on my hands perfectly and made sure I was happy with it. Unfortunately my gel mani didn't even last a week before it started chipping. I don't blame Heller, I blame the product. When I went to pay it CLEARLY states on their service menu you get $5 off for a mani/pedi combo, which I did bring up, but the owner said they don't offer that at this salon. I recommend they update their service menu since it's misleading. I won't be coming here again. So if you have a nail recommendation let me know! read more

I came into the salon for the first time and requested an acrylic fill with gel polish, topped off with a matte coat. I believe I paid $40 before tip which is inline with what other salons in the area charge (price increase post COVID bc of increase with suppliers) The owners appear to be a husband and wife team; the husband did my nails. I think overall he did a really good job on my nails. I came in with a Pinterest photo of what I imagined and described the changes I wanted to make. Both the husband wife listened and understood. The wife was able to locate a very similar color to the one in the photo. Very clean and nicely decorated salon. Would come back and would recommend to others. read more

The tech who took care of me, Steven, was great....did and excellent job on my gel mani and pedi. Very disappointed I was so excited to have a new nail place close to my home and work however, the customer service is horrible at this salon. I made an appointment with one of the owners and arrived at the appointment time. I was told by a very disinterested employee that she would call the owner to see when he was going to arrive. Long story short - he did make it in ...45 minutes after the appointment time. I know life happens so I was fully expecting an apology or reason. No- he just walked in and completely ignored me. I went here for their grand opening 50% off special, I got SNS nails and really didn't want it to be a translucent color so I asked before if it would be and they said no. It turned out to be a little see through after 3 coats but I ended up loving it and my nail technician took a lot of time making sure it looked perfect. The only negatives I can say are that they charge extra for removal of old gel/dip nails ($5) even with a new service. I've never seen this before and it is usually included in the cost of getting gel or dip that they remove your old gel/dip manicure. They also were very busy and many people were waiting so i'd suggest an appointment because they definitely take their time with each customer and don't rush even if many people are waiting. read more

This place takes advantage of teenagers and overcharges them. They are rude and the atmosphere is very plain and negative. They don't follow with their website prices and charge you more you then is expected. I had two missing acrylics and wanted a replacement with a fill and i was told that it would end up being $25. So instead i had them remove the acrylics free of charge and just do a regular paint job, the price ended up being $20 when i could've done it myself for free. This is the third bad experience I have had along with the friend i go with. Absolutely ridiculous. All my nails started lifting and breaking off after only 2 weeks. read more
