She didn't say a word to me, except to try to upsell me to gel polish after I handed her a regular polish. On my big toes, she cut a large chunk of the side of my nail only on one side, so they look lopsided and will probably grow out and hurt, and pretty much all the other nails are crooked. I would have had her fix them, but I only noticed after they were polished and she was in the back. I don't get pedicures often and consider it a treat to myself so I was very disappointed. Everything was extremely rushed, and they weren't busy, there wasn't even anyone waiting. When she was done, she said nothing and went in the back. eventually, came back out and completely ignored me. Someone else checked to see if my nails were dry and checked me out. I will definitely not be back.

He took everything off and started from scratch. Took his time with every nail in filing and shaping and kept me informed the whole way through. I couldn't be more happy with them! I like to have my nails short and square round, but I have a long nail bed so my nails always look great even when I don't keep them long. Anyhow, a different person did the design, and I specifically told them I wanted creamy nail polish beneath the design and they didn't listen. They also used recycled flip-flops which annoys me. They're are meant one use at a time and recycled toe separators. I use the restroom before I sat down and it was filthy. I should have left at that moment. I'm just super disappointed because I'm leaving for a 10 day vacation. The price was a lot lower than other nail salons in the area, but I would have rather pay more for quality. $52 for gel manicure and pedicure. They tried to be nice but damage was already done. I went right at opening so the salon was quiet, which is exactly what I wanted. Someone was able to help me right away and get me seated for my pedicure. I opted for the deluxe pedicure so I could have a nice exfoliation service to pamper myself! We also can't forget about the comfortable massage chairs either! I usually get some combination of eyebrow wax and pedicure and I'm happy with her work -- this why I follow her from location to location. I'm always able to get in, out and on my way. The establishment itself is conveniently located in the Colonial Landing shopping plaza near the Ross. Given that it is in a large lot, parking is readily available and I'm always able to find a close spot. The place has good lighting, and the equipment appears to be either new or in good condition. They are organized - when you have an appointment, you come in and use the kiosk to check yourself in using your phone number.
