The production facility building on Calle Luisa is unassuming and you will need to call to be let in. Once inside, they explained their available flavors to me, allowed me to sample some chocolates (which were fantastic) and let me choose the flavors in my order. A 16-pc box and a 9-pc box were about $119, which is on-par with the cost of other high-end chocolates. I highly recommend the arroz con dulce flavor.
