But my favorite was the Nordique, which came with smoked salmon, an egg, Emmental, and creme fraiche. Each of the crepes was tasty though somewhat average in flavor and texture. There was just one couple and their baby in the restaurant. We asked the waitress for a table outside. The manager told her to tell us no. We agreed to stay inside. We were given a table right next to the couple when all the other tables in the restaurant were free. We were told that we had to be done in 30 min, whereas they were supposed to be open for another hour. My friends agreed to eat quickly. As we sat down I heard the manager telling the waitress in French to tell us to leave in 30 min. He told her one more time. We just sat down. They haven't taken our orders yet but the instructions were to get us out in 30 minutes. I stood up and told the manager that if he doesn't want us there we can leave. He said no we can stay 30 - 40 min. So apparently if you can speak French you get an extra 10 min. I yelled at him in French for the way he was treating customers. He apologized and offered to treat us to drinks. We decided to leave. So it seems to me that this place doesn't welcome foreign customers and will take advantage of them if they don't speak French. Will I come back? No To whom do I recommend this? No one. Creperies around Montparnasse area are a dime a dozen so go somewhere else you're not missing anything beside a bad manager who doesn't want to work his full shift.

My dad and I decided to split the Opera crepe (goat cheese, honey) and the side salad then share the salted butter caramel and banana rum crepes for dessert. We walked right in on a Saturday morning and were able to get a seat right at the open windows to chat and people watch. Located in a small street alleyway, this crepe restaurant looks like your standard café from the outside, but when you walk in, it looks like a cramped café inside too. The chairs and tables are pretty close to each other and there is limited seating inside with some additional tables outside. The uniqueness of this place? The décor of course! If you pay close attention, it's actually designed to look like you're the deck of a boat vessel. There are ship and nautical décor on the wall and the actual building design curves (similar to the curves of the boat). The tables are small and attached to the floor and there are benches and chairs with cushion provided to make you a little more comfortable. Need the restroom? Then go past the curtains in the back area of the restaurant to locate the shared restrooms (outside) with the other local shops in the back alleyway. Food Theme: Crepes, Crepes, Crepes. From the salty crepes to the sweet crepes, their main theme is have crepes as a meal and then afterwards as dessert as well. Depending on your selection, these crepes are basically part of your meal with light complimentary options such as French butter, mushrooms, fresh fruits & vegetables, eggs, salmon, ham, grilled potatoes, etc. They have basically found a way for you to enjoy the French soft crepe with other normal food items that are usually paired with salads and side dishes. I've had some good crêpes while in France, but this place has to honestly be my favorite. When you order, make sure to try both the sweet & savory crêpes, as they're not equally the same. Had some leftover which I ended up eating on my flight out to Dallas the next day, & they were still good!
