Went to this place to try to get some help for mental awareness. Everything seemed to be good until…read moreI was supposed to receive a call. No one ever got a hold of me back. I had to call myself and because the medication that I'm on for my family healthcare doctor, they would not take me as a patient even for me to speak with mental awareness, care quality absolutely horrible. They didn't care if I killed myself tomorrow or if I killed myself today with my mental awareness, pretty sad if you're on any medication from another doctor, you will not be accepted here so I'm moving into the area if you're looking for a place this isn't the one very disappointed when nobody has answers that make really any sense when you Are just looking to get mental health in your life steer clear from this place I always thought that if you are asking for help mentally that you have no idea what's going on with yourself and begging for help this place will not accept you and I was always under the assumption that if someone is in need of mental health and this is a facility to help people with their mental health that you would actually be able to get the help you need so you do not do nothing stupid to yourself or somebody else, but in this case it wasn't in the Office experience I thought was great at first, but really it was horrible Alexia, who helped me like I said earlier was supposed to call me back. Never did. I had to call then she had to take me and put me to somebody else because they made the mistake of saying they could help and did not like I say if you're in dire need of help this place is not gonna help you they would rather turn you away. Have you maybe take harm on yourself or somebody else then actually help somebody that's begging for it and I wish I knew the directors name because he's the one that denied it and I wish I knew the lady's name that got on the phone from Alexia that denied me when people are turned away. This is why others may harm themselves in like I said I don't know what kind of conscience they have, but if I was kicked any lower, who knows but I hope they can sleep well at night for turning people away in dire need of help.

Dr. Delgado explains everything and the nurses were just wonderfully kind. I am needle phobic, but Nurse Lorraine made it go painlessly and with such tenderness. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received for this colonoscopy. I am so happy I found Dr. Delgado and his wonderful office staff to get me through this procedure so easily and so painlessly.

I guess?…read more Finally got through to the ER nurse, who then told me "shift was changing" and to "Call back in 30 minutes" --this is an emergency... THEN I call back and they tell me they don't take calls until 10 am. SO... I guess if your parent has an emergency, you can call within set hours, but not while they're changing, and not before or after certain times so if you want an update, good fucking luck. Shit staff.
