The owner is so friendly and welcoming. We love everything we have tried and not a long wait whenever I've been to Needmore Coffee - even at the original location (Needmore Road). This location is farther than my home, but worth the extra few minutes drive for that feeling as if I'm going to a friend's house for coffee & chat. My kiddo loves looking at the shop turtle and the lizard that makes our visits fun (for him) versus just sitting next to me. lol Great place to meet up for coffee & snack or quick meal. More tables and padded seating available including the cute bistro table set and comfy upholstered chairs by the window. The wall decor is simple yet ties in the purple and yellow motif. My friend and I like to get coffee for each other when we meet up, and she had raved about how good Needmore Coffee (the original location) was. So I decided to give them a try and ordered two drinks: the Blueberry Brew and the Blueberry Sweet. I requested oat milk in both due to dairy allergies. I also wanted to order a breakfast bagel, but the employee told me I would have to wait longer, so I decided against it. There was already a long wait because only one employee was working, and I was very understanding of that. However, when my drinks were finally made, the barista had made them with regular milk instead of oat milk. She had to remake them, which added another 20 minutes to my commute. Since I had already paid, I had no choice but to wait. When I finally received the drinks, I asked which was which since she hadn't labeled or clarified them. She told me one was the Blueberry Brew and the other was "Pretty in Pink Chai," which was the wrong drink. But by that point, I was running late, so I just took them and left. I told my friend about the mix-up, and she was okay with the wrong drink. But as soon as we both took a sip, we IMMEDIATELY grimaced. Hers was full of strawberry pulp and was awful. The Blueberry Brew literally tasted like cold brew coffee water, with not even a hint of blueberry. Not only was I embarrassed, but I was also upset about the mix-up and the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, especially when someone is working alone, but the overall experience was just disappointing. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

I had the "Brownie" (hot), which is a mocha with toasted almond and coconut. I think it is pretty yummy. We also had an everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. It was done well, nicely toasted. And we also had a brownie. It had some cheesecake on it (which I don't usually find appealing), but this brownie was really fudgie and delicious. Really cozy and delightful ambiance. Good Wi-Fi. It took 45 minutes for a coffee and two bagels - one of which didn't even bother to get toasted because we walked out. There were about two customers ahead of us and we had decided to stop in for a quick bite but it took nearly an hour before we just walked out, and the guy in front of us was in the same boat. The coffee was undrinkable and very expensive. It was one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I hate to leave such a scathing review, and honestly they're getting two stars because she was so apologetic and it's not her fault, but folks should be aware of the issues.
