One of the best veggie burritos I've had in awhile. Friendly service and SUPER fast. The burrito was simple which is what I wanted. Rice, beans, lettuce, pico and I asked for green sauce. Being from Cali, I'm used to taco trucks on every corner. So this made me excited for something so simple but tasty. It's right at the shell gas station on 128th at the freeway entrance. Moving here from San Diego, the struggle has been real trying to find mexican food like I am used to. Their cabeza is some of the best I've ever had, their lengua may be the best. The only time I have been disappointed here is they ran out of cabeza once but the silver lining was I got to try their lengua. If you are looking for good tacos, this is it. The burritos are good but unfortunately they are very very stingy with their salsa ... they give you one tiny tiny little container of salsa and if you ask for more they tell you they cant give you more if not they have to charge you.... I randomly spotted La Costa Taqueria while we were getting gas at the 76 station. They're right off the I5 (exit 186). If we hadn't been low on gas, we would never have stopped and found this taco truck. We dropped by on a Sunday (around 3:00pm) and there was a small but constant queue of people getting food. They have a tin shack if you want to eat and stay out of the elements. Two sauces (a mild green and spicier red) are in squeeze bottles. The menu has a bit of everything but we were only interested in tacos. There's a good variety of meats. Sadly, they were already out of pescato. - 4x Tacos ($6.50 US) - all the tacos were $1.50 US except for the lengua ($2.00 US). We tried the pollo, adobada, cabeza and lengua. Best taco was easily the lengua; super tender but still with a good bite. The cabeza (head) was also delicious. We always love the off cut meats the best. Adobada was juicy and moist but the pollo was a touch overcooked. Bonus points for the garnishes (pickled carrot, radish, grilled onion and grilled jalapeno pepper). Cash only. A surprising find at LCT; some solid tacos that I'd come back for next time we're road tripping. read more

I've heard good things about this place so we've been wanting to check it out. We hardly ever carry cash and we always forget that it's cash only. Something worth noting! But today we finally had the chance to try and I'm so glad we did! We got different tacos including carne asada, al pastor, carnitas, tripe, and head meat. The tripe and head meat were my favorite! For those who are on the more "adventurous" side of eating. (For my husband and I it's normal since it's something found in our cuisines of our cultures!) But the al pastor and carnitas were really good too. Very flavorful and stands out from other places! The only negative was their carne asada was kinda dry and bland. Could've just been a bad day but everything else was so good! 10000% recommend! This is THE BEST Taqueria I have been to in the state of Washington so far. I have been wanting to try this place for years but never did. One day after work and running out of idea what to eat for dinner, I decided to give this place a try. Since there are tons of variety of meats that you can have on your taco, I decided to get them all! I ordered 2 tacos for each type of meat and I have to tell you ALL of them tasted fresh and DIVINE! Out of 9 types of meats, I think my top 3 choices are Tripe, Carnita, and Asada. But don't get me wrong, this is a preference thing, their lengua, Cabeza, pollo...etc all are GREAT! I just love the texture contrast that my top 3 choices offers since Tripe/Carnita are fried, and their asada has a good chew to it. I loved this place so much I went back to it 3 days later and got 16 more tacos! And now I'm typing this up i'm already thinking getting some for dinner! I have yet to try their other menu items, but based on their taco quality and pricing, I really think everything this Taqueria has to offer is/will be amazing! read more

For under $10, you get the most substantial wrapped bundle of goodness anywhere; my first impression when I picked it up was how heavy it was...no light and fluffy rice taking up space in this delicious burrito...the rice was full of juices from the asada along with the most flavorful combination of beans, grilled veggies and other heavenly ingredients. Been coming here for years now and the quality and flavor has been the same forever!! My boyfriend's favorite taco place ever... my second favorite taco place ever :) we've only ever gotten tacos from here but I could eat probably 10 of theirs in one sitting if I really wanted to. Our favorite thing about this place is how they have the pickled carrots and grilled jalapeno on the side. Their red sauce is probably one of the spiciest sauces out of all the taco places we've been to but it's soooo good. Prices are great, food is great. Just make sure you have cash on you when you go here but this place definitely lives up to the hype.
