Use discernment... Good food. Dishonest service. I ordered 3 Mulitas, got home and the plate only had 2. Called to make them aware what happened, then went back in and they played the "I don't understand" game. Odd, since I went there roughly 15-20 times this summer and they understood that exact order just fine. Tried going again and made them aware of last time, to make sure I at least get what I ordered. Whenever I find myself in the Snohomish area I will stop here for their Mulitas, between the oozy cheese and sauted onions I cannot get enough! The ambiance is very casual and more of a to-go spot than somewhere I would sit down to eat. read more

So disappointed and dissatisfied. I wanted to like them I really did but when I ordered tacos I saw the $7! Price increase for a 4 TACO PLATE. When I asked about the difference the cashier said it's $15 , when I asked about the posted prices they talked in the back the girl returned with an attitude and said well it's $15. (Small tortillas used, small portions) When I got my order I noticed the tortillas were really hard. I question whether or not I got an order of tostadas. Served with a green salsa with pineapple in it - sweet and just wrong by any cultural measure. Pork tacos were on a plate sitting in a 1/4 inch of grease. Chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Usually when I rate something a 3, my wife rates it a 4 or 5. She's easy and forgiving when it comes to food. She rated this a 2. Honestly would drive a distance vs going here again. I've been anxious to try this truck for some time and took the dive finally. The menu pics are stunning, and honestly, I had doubts it would even remotely look that good when I received my food. I went with the 3 taco's with tongue. Most of the trucks I visit are a bit quicker but it didn't take that long I guess. I got my plate and grabbed the red and green salas from the window. The plate looked as good or better than the pics on the menu and I was blown away! The food was really good, they added a grilled jalapeno and some grilled onions on the side with was very good. I can't remember which was which, but one salsa was really really lacking much flavor or heat, but the other one was super tasty with a decent burn. Overall, I will recommend this truck. The lack of prices on the menu is not something I like. That is the one thing I found an issue with here. read more

I've never seen a taco truck that didn't have prices listed on their menu. After reading other reviews it's clear they change depending on the day. This is incomprehensible, and the main reason for my 3 Star. Ordered an Asada Burrito for $7.00. It was good but nothing special. Tons of rice. The green and red sauce were both good, and had a pleasant vinegar taste. Good size burrito. I'll give them another shot, but think it's BS that you have to inquire as to menu prices. read more

This is a food truck restaurant that caters. Husband and I stopped here after visiting Harvey Field (airport). They have a good assortment of burritos, tacos, flautas, and even carne asada. I ordered the regular burrito with chicken (#3), and husband ordered three chicken tacos (#1). Both items were amazing! We have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant since we moved to Washington from California, and we finally found it. The workers are extremely friendly also. In addition, they have my husband's favorite soda- lime Jarritos. There are two picnic tables for outside seating, and there is an enclosed area with a large table with around sixteen chairs. They have a hand washing station and hand sanitizer. Next to the truck is an area for parking. It is not paved, but is covered with rocks. Easy access from the road. We plan to come back frequently! read more

This was our go to place. I am so very sad. They opened a restaurant in town and basically left the children to be cashiers at this taco truck and somebody who is apparently a cook to make food that doesn't even remotely resemble what it once was. I'm so sad because we wish the owner would come back in there and make the food they used to. All of our friends have said that it's not good anymore. A gentleman walked up behind us ordering on our fourth and final attempt to see if it changed and they made a mistake on his meal. He handed it to the 14-year-old cashier who was unapologetic and could care less. That's what happens when you let other people run your taco truck. read more

Their street tacos are pretty good but on the expensive side. I pay $1.30 at Taqueria El Pastor in Everett and they do a better job of the thing these guys charge closer to $2.00 for. My wife and I ordered burritos here once and they made us very sick to our stomachs. We probably won't ever be able to eat here again after being sick last time but I'll give them three stars because their tacos taste good read more

The food is pretty yummy just make sure you CHECK your receipt for the correct amount! I was charged over $300 extra on my bill. They wouldn't give me the full amount back just the overage. I had overdrafts and late fees because they weren't there for 3 days when I went back to get reimbursed. I won't be going back. Take cash is my best advise read more

I've given this place 3 attempts. The tacos aren't too bad. The enchiladas, on my second trip, were watery, bland, and Luke warm, and didn't taste good to me. Today I got the nachos. The marinated pork was good, as were the beans. My objections begin in that they present with what is to be a huge amount of food for 6 dollars. The problem is that it's a huge pile of chips with only the toppings right on top. So it looks bigger than it really is. I would have been just fine with 35-40 percent of the chips they use because that's about the amount it would be for a honest balance given the amount of toppings (lots of plain chips in the trash). Also, the posted menu states that it comes with sour cream (crema), and a guacamole sauce. I could barely tell that they put those sauces on it, nor was there enough to taste either of those toppings. The spice and flavor were fine but I was looking for the spice to be balanced at least a tad by the sour cream and guacamole sauce. It's kind of hard to balance with the severely skimpy portions, almost non-existent amount, of those sauces. One can only guess that chips are cheap, and so are beans, so that's why there are more of those toppings, and much less meat, cheese, and did I mention the almost non-existent sauces? The biggest offense to me was the laughable amount of sauce. There are other similar places around that would much more satisfy, so it's doubtful I'd return here after 3 fair attempts. I wanted to like this place, and that's probably why I gave it this last chance. 3 strikes and you're out! read more
