This is the carne asada burrito.

First try. Someone is hungry...I've been driving by this truck. I always thought the colors are catchy enough to catch my attention. Finally, I made a decision to make a go at it. Husband was hungry again and so this was the choice. They have a nice menu for tacos, burritos, combo plates and tortas. I don't know why we are always fixed on burritos but we did it again. I wanted to see how their Al pastor and carne asada would be like. I really thought theirs would be something else as far as flavors and style. Don't get me wrong but the sizes were good enough and nicely put-together but it turned out to be what we are accustomed to. Both burritos we ordered were just okay and could have had more flavor in the marinade. They were kind of bland. There was something missing. I've been eating burritos for a long long time and am quite keen with all the flavors especially growing up from Los Angeles Cali. I know my Mexican foods. Anyway, I couldn't finish my burrito in one sitting. I just couldn't get to it all in one sitting per my usual. However, I am not giving a distasteful review because of this instance. I would like to try their tortas and the other stuff that are not tacos and burritos. I do like that this truck is very clean, and it's surrounding. Once I have ordered, they gave me a pager that buzzed to tell me that my food is ready. I like that. The guys in the truck are pleasant. There are plenty of parking around the truck next to the Bowl and Skate. I'll give this place another try real soon.

Four tacos and a Coke, at the table behind the taco truck.

I live in Tacoma but had to drive up to Lynnwood to pick up a purchase. The drive is long and there was traffic both ways so I knew I needed to grab a quick bite, but didn't want to veer too far from the directions home. I saw Super Tortas Ganzin on the corner of highway 99 and decided to try it out. Y'all; it was some of the best tacos I have ever had in my life. I'm from Southern California and usually feel disappointed by Washington's Mexican food but good lord, not this spot. Ordering was easy; they prefer cash but there's only a small fee for cards. The woman who took my order was nice. I got four tacos (two lengua, two asada, which were the more expensive meats) and a Coke and it was less than $20. They had an expansive menu, with tortas, tinga, chilaquiles and more. As for the tacos: the meat was fresh, with big pieces, plentiful and well seasoned. The tortillas were delicious and tasted homemade. The cebollas and jalapeño were grilled perfectly. The salsas they gave me were perfect and the limes were juicy. I cannot overstate how amazing this spot was for lunch! It is literally right beside the highway so the ambience isn't spectacular but it's a taco truck so it's to be expected. They had a clean table behind the truck to eat at, and a few chairs for folks waiting for their order. Literally whenever I'm in town, I plan on stopping by. Highly recommend!

Burrito size compared to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. They lining might not be the best but u get an idea of the size.

I was kind of iffy-iffy about this place mainly because of where it was at specifically but I decided to try it out and get a burrito since I was starving. It was one of the best burritos I've ever had. The people working were so nice to me to and even cut it in half for me. The place in general may not look like the best but the food and service is amazing. Very warm atmosphere.

Carne Asada burrito was loaded! Absolutely delicious, fair prices, and love seeing more food trucks appear in the neighborhood. A great spot!

We just flew in from Atlanta and we're starving... glad we came here. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The horchata is on point.

Food: (5/5) I always drive 164th so I've been eyeing this spot for a long time. My partner and I decided to finally stop by last week and our minds were blown!! We got the fried catfish, collard greens, black eyed peas, corn bread, and sweet potato pie. Everything was AMAZING. The catfish was crunchy on the outside and perfectly succulent on the inside. The black eyed peas and collard greens were both delicious savory additions to the meal with great texture. The cornbread had additions of cheese and peppers, and was a yummy mix of sweet and salty. The sweet potato pie, which we learned Andre's wife makes, was beyond addicting. If we hadn't had a snack before coming, we would've cleared everything immediately. We plan to try everything on the menu, especially the fried okra! Service: (5/5) This was probably the most memorable food experience I have ever had. Andre, the owner, is extremely passionate about his work and it shows in everything that he does. We ended up chatting for quite awhile and our conversation reminded me of everything that's important in my personal life, in the best way. Please come by! You won't regret it for a second.

In long This little strip mall looks like nothing architecturally, but has at least 4 tenants cranking out food ranging from great to amazing. FT fits right in that range. I pulled up early in the dinner hour and had an easy time with parking and seating. With all the good places on this lot, that's not always a given (even the coffee hut is killer in this parking lot). There are a couple bistro tables on the sidewalk, and another one inside. The staff are low-key, very warm and friendly in few words. Most of the space here is kitchen. Ovens and tables and sinks for yards behind the counter. You get the feeling they rock the to-go orders; even dining in, they brought my food in a clamshell in a bag. Water, tip, and 2 tacos were about $15. I had the brisket and shrimp tacos--the 2 most expensive, but by far the most interesting-sounding. They were both incredible. Great toppings, tortillas were chewy and flavorful, and the proteins really showed through, even with lots of cheese, lime, and salsa on top. This would be a regular spot for me if I were a little closer. Tacos always sound good, and these are close to the top of the list for miles around.

We were there a bit later, just before 8 p.m. on a Monday, and easily got a table right away. I didn't want too much food - at my age I've learned my eyes and stomach are rarely on the same page - but I definitely wanted some brisket...as an amateur smoker I appreciate how much work goes into beef brisket so always try it when I see it on a menu. So I went with the Happy Hour Caesar Salad & Brisket. For $8.50 it was a great value. The fat of the brisket was rendered PERFECTLY. My wife wanted the baked potato but allegedly someone came earlier and bought TWELVE and cleaned them out. Disappointing! But the two street tacos she got off the Happy Hour menu were tasty. My teenager decided to lean in and get the brisket entree. Fries and Mac & cheese as the sides with cornbread. He added some of his brisket to the Mac & cheese and loved it. Fries were crispy (double fried? Or battered?) but didn't get finished - too much food! I had a couple of beers that were good. The tap listing was available on a screen. Service was well-above average. Very friendly. I can imagine this place getting busy during peak hours but it's small enough that they likely can keep up. I doubt we'll be back. We are from out of town and while we come to the Seattle area often I like to try new places whenever possible. But we were very happy with how tonight went. 4.5/5.0 but it won't let me do a halfstar. Give it a try. This isn't a chain restaurant! We were happy to support this one.
