The scheduling was quick and easy, with the employee on the other end being so professional, helpful, and kind. I ended up going with a new stylist since my usual stylist was booked. The employee told me her name (the new stylist) was Emilee and I was booked for Friday at 6:45pm. When I arrived, the place was fairly empty - an unusual experience for me since I typically go on a weekend morning/afternoon when it's busy. It was nice to enjoy the space without many people! The salon is clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with different products decorating the main front wall. I checked in with front desk attendant (who was very kind) and only had to wait a couple minutes before Emilee came to get me. I was not only her last appointment for the day, but the very last appointment for the entire salon! It was a neat experience! Emilee is an absolute gem of a human. She immediately made me feel comfortable with her welcoming warmth and kindness. She is so down-to-earth and genuine; it felt like I was chatting with a friend! She gave me everything I wanted with my haircut, checking in with me every so often to see how I felt about the length, part, and side bangs. She even showed me a trick on how to calm down my fly-aways/new growth (a neat technique with a special comb and a little hairspray).
