My stylist who actually is the owner's fiancée said No problem your hair will take 30 minutes and then we will take-out curls. I thought perfect!! She was very nice. Then came the nonsense. We had two 9am appointments booked. She said she was really good at up dos. )Attached is her up do.) The owner in a response review blamed the clients. don't blame the clients If they think her extensions had to be washed why didn't they tell us.???! They are the professionals. The owners response that put the ownership on us was unfair. They doubled booked us and didn't say ''hey if you have extensions you need to wash them or hey we recommend a trial first. My daughters arrive at 9 we had booked TWO APPOINTMENTS But only one stylist showed up. I knew we were on a tight schedule so i asked about the other stylist and she claimed ignorance and said she could do both. I said We needed to be out the door by 10. Finally someone came over at 10:30 huge attitude put my other daughter hair in a ponytail and pinned it. It took her 15 minutes. She had the audacity to charge 70 dollars. I left a 20 which was more than generous. The response from the owner was untrue we did pay The whole experience was terrible and honestly for the owner to even think to respond to my daughters previous yelp review is pathetic. I really like how one side of my hair turned out, but for the other side the layers seem too choppy and don't blend in as well as I would like. They'll probably grow out into a better length within the next few weeks but it's one of those things that you shouldn't have to experience with the price you're paying.
