It was all extremely fresh and made to order. The cabbage slaw they serve with the pupusas was straight up addicting and the salsas were PACKED with flavor. One of my dining companions ordered a dish that was as somewhat similar to a chile relleno, only filled with ground beef and without cheese. It was tasty and savory, but had no heat, no chiles.
