The food was absolutely fabulous, but what truly made the evening special was our waitress, Anne. Anne has a cheerful, professional personality that immediately made us feel welcome. She was attentive, friendly, and helped make our family celebration feel extra special. She checked on us throughout the meal, anticipated our needs, and always did so with a genuine smile. Celebrating a 92nd birthday is a memorable occasion, and Anne played a big part in making it such a joyful experience. Outstanding service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere--we couldn't have asked for a better evening. Thank you, Anne, and the entire Pismo's team for helping us create such a special memory for Grandma! Happy 91nd Birthday to Grandma! What a wonderful milestone to celebrate with family.

The appatizer was a dozen raw oysters on a half shell. So good!! Cocktail sauce and lemon was what was used. Wasn't a fan of the vinegar The main dish for me was salmon tacos with the french fries. The wife had the poke bowl. Both of them were great. All good until we were almost home. My stomach started cramping something painful. We were looking forward to going back. I probably won't. Because after the cramps it got worse. The wife was good. So not sure what got me. But like I said while eating it tasted really good. Like always go try it judge for yourself.

Cambo, our bartender, was amazing, very attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was excellent and did not disappoint. I ordered the short rib and swapped the side for the mushroom risotto, which was creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. My date had the meatloaf, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We both enjoyed the round pond cab with dinner, before we wrapped up the night with old-fashioneds before heading home. Birthday dessert was a nice treat too! Everything about the evening was wonderful -- we'll definitely be back!

We were really looking forward to coming here after being new to the area and stumbling upon it because our groomer is across the street - but please, beware. The menu is confusing and lacks identity - Latin/italian/american? Just pick one and do it well as opposed to trying to do it all. The ambiance is adorable with special handmade- steel art all over the walls but the food just sucks. Von's sourdough baguette? Really? Like guests wouldn't notice? The amuse-bouche is basically a stale crostini with flavorless cream cheese on top and they call it a "mousse". Crispy Brussel spouts were greasy and too aldente and lacked salt - the calamari was flavorful but soggy - maybe they need to change the oil - the kale salad was a Taylor farms Costco Caesar with like 2 pieces of chopped kale and un-toasted pine nuts sloppily thrown on top. Do better and you will be more profitable.

Went to their "pop-up" location outside their permanent future residence on Pollasky. Workers were…read moresuper nice and shared their specials with us. As a Fil-Am woman, I loved seeing a Filipino inspired beverage menu. Their specials were different turon (banana lumpia) flavored drinks. I got their turon latte and it was good! Probably would've taste it better with oat milk like they recommended, but I wanted to be more macro friendly so I opted for regular milk (totally my fault lol). It taste like a caramel latte with the aftertaste of banana, which was kind of nice because sometimes fake banana can be overpowering. If they were to have this same drink line, I would try the turon Matcha next time! Will definitely return to try it all. Can't wait for the actual cafe location to open on Pollasky. Inside looks super cute as of right now and is definitely going to be a hit spot soon :)

I was greeted by a cashier, nothing out of the ordinary and the space provides a good amount of seating both indoor and outdoors. However, they are lacking in flavor for their coffee, I ordered the Ube Leche Flan and did not get any Ube notes, it tasted more like regular coffee with milk and hazelnut creamer. I think that if Hapa were to use homemade syrups or another brand that allows for the coffee to be able to get all flavors present it will be unstoppable in the Central Valley!
