Over the last 9 months, EU has conveniently "lost" several visits on my pass and has confirmed with me that my visits- to- pass usage doesn't correctly correspond. I also keep track of my pass usage and know I am owed 2 visits that were removed, yet they are unable or unwilling to rectify the situation. Once I have used all my remaining pass credits, I will not be returning.

She's so good that most people will wait on her to get them taken care of, no matter how long the wait is. With the pandemic going on that's the only way I feel comfortable getting my brows done; if the person is wearing a mask and a shield. I so appreciate her for that. She kept checking on my scale pain during the whole process and worked professionally through it. She definitely loves what she does and will make you feel like a million bucks! We were taken for our respective massages and met afterwards to exchange our comparisons. Both Excellent! Next for me a pedicure and for her a manicure. Again Excellent! The nail techs were the same, so all went well.... For a while. Not the same place. I have been there on various days of the week. So few customers compared to the past. The long-term massage staff are solid, but they are struggling with nail services/staff. The decor has changed. Way too many trinkets on display for sale. So tired of delayed service. And you cannot hold the techs at fault because they are understaffed/overworked. I really miss the place that I loved coming to buzzing with people and staff. And timely service.
