The absolute best place to get your eyebrows waxed. I have never been disappointed. Danielle used to work at Sean Patrick's Salon in La Grange, but branched out on her own and started Fabulous skin. I followed her because she does such a great job. She also offers wonderful facials and other waxing and services. Danielle and Fabulous Skin is just that "Fabulous!" I've been an intermittent client for several years, and I even took my teenage son to Danielle for a troublesome deep blackhead extraction a while back. She made him feel comfortable and took care of the issue. As for me she's dyed my lashes and given me facials. Today I went for a facial particularly focused on some inset calcified blocked pores, and I asked for some suggestions on finally taking care of my neglected 50+ year old skin! The time with Danielle was very productive. She managed to get the white lumps extracted and my skin on my face and neck was treated like royalty! The studio is welcoming and quiet, and while there was a little bit of pain during the extraction, it was a wonderful experience. I leave confident and refreshed and more knowledgeable! My next appointment is in two weeks for an eyelash and eyebrow tint in preparation for my vacation. I know the color will be natural looking and give me the lift I need. It hasn't been easy for me to find a place that can tint my eyebrows correctly. I am blonde and have fair skin, so to find someone who really knows what they are doing in the tinting business is a plus. If you dont find just the right person- with the right service- you can look a mess very quickly. I found Fabulous Skin on yelp and since the business had 5 stars I thought I'd give it a try. Last posted in 2010. Had a facial last night and today my skin is glowing!!! My pores were quite clogged after using coconut oil to "wash" my face once daily. Stupidly, I thought it would add some needed moisture to my dry, aging skin. Anyway, once again Danielle worked her magic (she knew I had done something different as soon as she touched my face).
