He suggested a wonderful white wine and walked me through a few items on the menu. I was unfamiliar with the Carpaccio Di Polpo but he was right - I loved it. The Petto Alla Parmigian was one of the best I've ever had, seriously, and the portion was way more than I could eat. There was also a lovely blonde server who assisted me with learning how to say "esta muy bien". I don't even know if I spelled that right, but thanks to her, now I can say it! Would love to give the staff 10 stars if I could. I loved my entire night at Tavola and will go back the next time I'm in the area.

They offer a generous selection of salads, and choices for add on protein too. Today I selected the Ceasar salad and Tomato bisque soup. They brought out the soup and I was delightfully pleased. Some of the best Tomato bisque I have tasted. The Ceasar salad was lightly seasoned and tasted good, not great. Both the soup and the salad were generous portions. Together it was much more than I needed for a lunch.
