We just got down at this place and it was so so soooo delicious!!!! From the moment we arrived everyone was so welcoming! We had Samantha as our server and she was attentive, kind and so welcoming. She was a breath of fresh air. All of the staff was awesome. Now the food....holy smokes! Yum!!!! We got the Porkbelly Bites, Mac n Cheese and the Bleu Cheese Burger with garlic fries. This place is a hidden gem. I have been buying my pizzas at the normal chains, but not anymore! Why? They have tables and a bar if you prefer. You can enjoy a slice and a beer or take home a lasagna for the family. And the pizza is amazing. My fave is the Alessandra. So when I moved closer to downtown Imperial I was happy to find a pizza place I could walk to for a fresh pizza. We've gotten Mozzarelli's several times at the El Centro location (inside the bowling alley) and it's always so good. Our go to is the Margherita pizza. We had family over, so we decided to order the family dinner for 4 at the imperial location. The Margherita pizza was no where near as good. The pizza dough was soggy and the toppings slid right off. Their pepperoni pizza was a lot saltier than anything we've had at the other location. Also the family dinner came with 4 cannolis and the girl said they were out so offered us ONE slice of cheesecake as a replacement. So only one person could have a small dessert when it was advertised that 4 people would get their own cannoli? I understand that the cheesecake was a higher value but still. Don't bother. Go elsewhere. The owner needs to seriously take a look at how staff is treating customers. Rude and yelled at a customer. Avoid this place. There were two sets of customers in there and another woman had walked in while I waited (kid was even rude to her about a trash can) otherwise it was completely empty. The app said my food was ready. It was not. No matter how many orders ahead of me, they could have said an approximation of how long. They could have also said at least one "I'm sorry, we're busy" (versus the curt "yeh we're busy!" that they gave). Chic didn't have to say she didn't care about my kid or that I even had one. Do they not realize people have ears and can hear conversations happening right in front of them? And, do they not realize that orders can and will be cancelled if you're jerks to the customers? TLDR version - App said food was ready. It wasn't. Staff is rude and won't give a direct answer when asked for an estimate of how much longer. Kid turned around to ask the kitchen who responded they didn't have my order started. Asked again for an estimate. Was told I'm being rude and need to calm down. Spouse got order cancelled (without my knowledge) and I got attitude from staff because order was cancelled. Full version with details - Ordered online. App said it would be ready at 535. Showed up at 535, as the app said it was ready. Got told the standard "it's almost done but we're really busy...." answer. He says something thru the window and they go back and forth asking about when the order was put in and where was the order, "we don't have that back here! I haven't seen that name for an order yet!" Waited 10 minutes. Asked "Just curious if you know how much longer?" Got the canned "yeh we're busy" answer again. So I asked "Can I ask if you've started it yet? Or is it like 5 more minutes? 20? Just curious." Some chic comes from the side and decides to join the conversation saying "He told you we are busy! We. Are. Busy!" I said "I get it, I'm just wondering if it would be a few minutes or 20? Just an estimate? Has it even been started?" She tells me I'm giving them attitude, which I was actually calm. I was annoyed, sure. But calm. I'm enjoying my vacation. Time is wibbly wobbly on vacation. She tries again to say I'm giving attitude, need to calm down, and that they're busy. So I say "Just tell me if you've even started it. I've got a 4 year old waiting for food. I'm just asking for an estimate to know if I need to find an alternative for him and come back." She interrupts me and her response? She yells at me "YES! You are not calm and I didn't ask about your kid! I don't care about your 4 year old!" I tell her very firmly because now I'm very annoyed "I'm actually being very calm." And then I take a seat to figure out the next step. So I call the spouse to ask what they want to do. Next thing I know, a few minutes later kid says angrily "Did you just cancel your order?!" I actually hadn't so I said "Nope, just sitting here....calmly waiting...." He says "Well I just got a call saying you did!" I ask "yeh? Really? For (spouses first name)?" He angrily says "Yeh! Thats what that call was about! You cancelled it!!!" I wanted to say much more but I left with a "Wonderful. Bye." Apparently my spouse had been able to cancel it but he seriously even gave me attitude over that! Should I also mention that after the kid was rude to the old lady about a trash can he took her trash from her to throw away? Sounds nice after all right? My family and I absolutely love the food here! We recently moved to the area a few months ago and seriously have either ordered to go or dined in at least 3-4 times every month since we've been here. Although, this place hasn't been very busy when we've visited, the quality of food has been consistently delicious. We love ordering their Honey Chipotle wings, pepperoni pizza, fries and Caesar salad. They also have a decent selection of beer and wine. But, we mainly go for their food! The mouth-watering Honey Chipotle wings are cooked to a perfect crisp and have just the right amount of sweet and spice. These wings are honestly the best appetizer we've tried here thus far! Their Pepperoni pizza is definitely the best pizza we've tried (similar to Costco's pizza) in the area! And we've tried plenty! You can order by the slice or whole. Just like the wings, the fries also have that perfect crisp that I search for in a fry. You may laugh, but there are terribly cooked fries out there! The crispy outer layer and the soft fluffy inside makes for that perfect crunchy bite with each fry. And finally, the Caesar salad! It's definitely big enough to share between two people and does not disappoint. You can even add chicken if you desire. For the quality of food, in my opinion, all the menu items are reasonably priced. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would only be an improvement in customer service. The service is good, but considering the fact that it's not very busy, it could be improved. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about this establishment! In conclusion, I decided to write this review to bring more customers to this establishment! You guys are missing out! If you are ever in the Imperial area and are craving pizza and wings, this is seriously the place to go! It's not your typical pizza joint. It's a classy establishment with amazing food! read more

My friend and I were out in the desert to see Salvation Mountain and stopped for dinner. We couldn't find a local mexican food place open but on the same street we were on was this pizza joint with an "open" sign. Inside, the place is super clean and the decor looks like its a new place.
