Her, "The shrimp are already prepared when we receive them out of the bag." So, no apologies. No accountability. Just mediocre service. The waitress herself was good, except for making excuses for the kitchen. Just tasted the Tiramisu. Dry. Very disappointing. This is one of the restaurants I used to dine to treat myself. The food was not cooked properly, and the lobster mac and cheese came out cold. For a $300+ dinner, I expect much better. I understand this is the Valley, and I genuinely try to support local small businesses, but consistency matters -- especially at this price point.
