Seats are heavy cardboard and the staff is hustling. Best News, they are packed. The pizza production line is stacked with pizzas flying in and out of the oven. It is like a dance with, stretch the dough, add ingredients, duck as the pizza master spins it into the oven, 90 seconds, pull them out, finish and serve. Our selections were the Margherita and pepperoni with fennel pizzas. The pizzas arrived piping hot, firm crust, great chew on the crust and incredibly tasty.
