Was driving through town and craving Mexican food and after seeing some very positive reviews for La Fiesta we decided to stop. The food is fantastic! I highly recommend the chicken tacos they were my favorite part of the dinner. My second favorite dish is the chicken fajitas, very flavorful and the chicken steak combo is awesome! While the food was very good it did take a bit of time to get to our table so I will say 4/5 stars overall. Side note the mango daiquiri blended is a must! read more

Food: my Taco salad was served with cold ground beef, lettuce and cheese with a large pool of liquid grease from the Beek that made the shell soggy. My wife had shrimp quesidilla that gave her food poisoning starting about 8 hrs later. Service: poor. We changed from a booth to a table and no one bothered to tell the server. I went ahead and paid the bill, then messaged them about the poor food and service. They responded they would make it right and I should call to talk to particular person. Never there when they told me to call. Never spoke to him. Asked for refund, now they are claiming they talked to me. Summary: Food...horrible, service...poor, customer resolution: does not care. Came here today with my boyfriend and we had an exceptionally great dinner experience. Big portions of food at beyond reasonable prices, the BEST skillet queso fundido ever, $3.85 margaritas on Mondays (that are actually pretty strong and apparently only $2.99 tuesdays?!), and to top everything off, the service is one of the best we've ever had at any restaurant. To elaborate more on the service - I felt that throughout the entire dinner, our waiter made some fantastic judgement calls on our desires before we even spoke up. When we speedily scarfed our way through the free chips and salsa, he brought us tons of extra salsa (3 more servings actually) and a mountain of chips. Because we ordered a margarita to begin with, he also anticipated we would need some ice water down the road and brought those to us as well. He was super friendly throughout the night and never made us feel like we were burdening him when we made any inquiries. In short, you will definitely have a great experience here. Even though I feel like the food itself would be maybe around a 4, the service and price value elevates it well into the 5 stars. At the time they opened there were a few other Tex-mex restaurants that opened at the same time. This one stuck out as the better. I am just disappointed of all the Tex-Mex restaurants that have such large menus they cannot pull off good and consistent food. when you can get better chips at a chain restaurant something is wrong. I can't believe how glad we are to have found this gem on our way to Indiana. We'd been on the road for 8 hours and wanted to stop for a real dinner since the town where our hotel is doesn't have much to offer after 9pm. The guac was splendid, the queso fundido the best I've had. They roast the jalapeños which create better flavor. The quesadilla I had was savory, and fabulous. My husband's burrito was perfectly stuffed...but not overstuffed. The salsa has great flavor and just a bit of heat, which is my ideal salsa. The chips were warm and not too Salty. I tried the chicken tortilla soup today (which was highlighted as one of the house specialties). It was the best soup I've ever had. It was a huge bowl of shredded chicken and lots of vegetables, topped with avocado and queso fresco. The broth... Wow! A definite must try. My husband and niece both had the taco special. The ground beef has a great texture and is delicious. The side of beans and rice are also very flavorful. Don't call ahead and make a reservation because you'll probably get told that your name isn't on the roster because they put someone else's name down Did I mentioned that the food had no seasoning, drinks where flat, and that the staff barely spoke any English therefore communication was rather difficult.
