A server (who wasn't even ours) was very apologetic and immediately notified the manager on duty--a young man. Shockingly, he dismissed it and said it was "nothing," and never came over to our table to apologize. The server did agree that we should not be charged, which we appreciated, but the lack of accountability from management made the situation even worse. It's ok, the overwhelming taste was pork, not really the cheese I expected. It smelled like pork too...I ate some and decided I had enough. Chips and salsa were provided so I switched over to those until my food arrived. After a bit the margarita is half gone the tacos arrive. Refried beans, lettuce, cheese, Mexican rice and the rest of the taco fixins were on a big plate. Nice! I filled the tacos and enjoyed the rice. The beans were tasty as well.
