Within just two days of delivery, several of the flowers were already showing signs of dying and wilting, which is not what I would expect from a fresh arrangement. What was even more frustrating is that the florist's note included a statement saying, "If we fail to meet your expectations, please let us know." The person who was responding to me from the business by messages was arrogant, condescending, very rude and had no concern about the customer.
