I then called a second time and still have received no response from the front office, until today when I received another bill in the mail. I called to ask if I needed to complete the form the website asked for, they said no, I can ignore it. Dr. Lebada is the doctor that took over Dr. Chau's patients. He is a genuine doctor. He listens to you and tries his best to provide you with as much assistance as you need. I addressed my issues and he is thorough with any pain or discomfort you may have. He will refer you to the people, place, or treatment that you are in need of. The technicians are all sweet and polite, always with a smile. For example, he used traditional hand casts for orthotics vs. lasers. Gotta say, I like these. The only minor area for improvement is the administrative side; the office a digital experience for tracking billing, viewing receipts, or managing records online. It's a bit of a manual process, but honestly, for the level of care and expertise Dr. Levi provides, it is a very small price to pay. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dustin Rilling. He genuinely gave me my life back, and I…read moredon't say that lightly. A few years ago, a steel bar fell on my foot. Even after the bones healed and the muscle damage resolved, I was left suffering with what my doctors diagnosed as CRPS. Every one of them had essentially cleared me, which left me desperate and out of options. I stumbled into Dr. Rilling's office practically off the street, just hoping someone would take a real look at my foot. He got me in within a few days. Right away, he noticed something the others had missed: an ingrown nail on my big toe. I'd had it treated before, but that previous procedure was so rough and painful that I'd needed Vicodin just to get through the recovery, and it turns out it was never properly resolved. A wrongly treated ingrown nail can actually manifest as CRPS, so identifying and correcting it was the key to my recovery. Dr. Rilling was willing to take on the challenge of fixing what someone else had botched, which a lot of doctors simply won't do. It ended up requiring three procedures and about six more months of recovery, but I finally feel healed. And if it ever comes back, I have complete confidence he'd help me again. On top of being an excellent podiatrist, he's genuinely kind, and his staff is just as helpful and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Rilling to anyone looking for a great podiatrist!

I do recall the last time I was there that Rosa or Rosie whatever her name is was completely rude and disregarded my request if there was an alternative to keep coming back here more than once a month that was on a friendlier budget. I never wanted to stop coming if anything wanted to come more than once a month. I have had insurance which they don't actually take for medical pedicures. I found Ayana, luckily, she's at Ca Nail Bliss in Downey. Everyone follow up with a technician that actually cares about your foot health.
