The chicken chunks were perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with a delightful Hawaiian-inspired marinade that gave them a tropical kick. The Mac Salad was creamy, with just the right amount of tang, and had a satisfying, homemade feel. The Cole Slaw was crisp and refreshing, though it was a bit on the plain side compared to the other dishes. What really stood out was the generous portion size--it's hard to believe such a hearty feast is only $19.00. I was so pleased with the amount of food; I enjoyed half yesterday and saved the rest for today, and both times I left feeling fully satisfied. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I'll definitely be returning to try more from JoJo's food truck!

Everything was really good - I loved the chicken and the sweet and spicy sauces that came on the side. The Mac Salad wasn't overly sweet or wet and their Fried Rice was made of brown rice with a ton of great spices! My family and I were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was - we took a risk because it was really the only option for food without having to leave the hospital. I can't comment on the ambiance since it was a food truck, but the service was friendly and the food came out hot and quick! I would definitely check them out again if I saw their truck around town!
