Aye i dont know what the bad review was talking about but I've been here a couple times and they easily have the best Mexican food I've had in a while, very friendly too. So aye, if you're feeling too lazy to drive lemme tell you, its worth it, get yo ass up and try this truck NOW

    Birria Ramen. Very tasty!

I was craving Birria Ramen and this hit the spot. The birria was very tasty. The staff is friendly and the service was fast. Definitely will be back to try other items.

Best taco place in the area!! I have been searching for a good taco place in Rancho/Fair Oaks area but didn't have luck but so happy I tried this one!!! The meat is sooo flavorful and delicious and they also load the tacos up with meat :)

YUMMY. Hungry and on the hunt for food this little gem is worthy of a stop for some grub. It caught my eye as I sat at the light on Arden and Morse. Once parked and out the car I glanced at the menu and quickly noticed the pricing. The cost is more than what I've typically seen. HOWEVER, this family is trying to make a living in the time of inflation. The higher cost is warranted and I can't stress it enough that the meal I purchased was worth every penny. I purchased 3 Adobada tacos ($2/each) and a regular Carne asada burrito ($9). What can I say, I was hungry! . The smell permeating from this truck was causing my stomach to growl even louder as I couldn't contain my hunger. It smelled delicious and within 5 mins of order my food came out hot, packed, and ready to go. I devoured the tacos first after lathering on a heaping amount of their spicy red salsa and a spritz of the lemon. The pork was moist, chewy, and flavorful. The red salsa had a good spicy kick to it and added an addional flavor that complimented the tacos well. I moved on to the burrito but could barely hold it because it was so hot. To me, that's the perfect food temperature. Each bite was bursting with yum. The meat was tender, beans and rice evenly distributed, and flavor that meshed so well it didn't need additional toppings of salsa and lemon. The burrito was crafted amazingly well and worth the $9 charge. This taco truck is a keeper and will definitely be in my rotation of yummy lunch spots to eat at while at work. You will not be disappointed with the abolutely delicious food coming out of this truck.

OMG, soooooooo GOOD!! Had to leave my review ASAP!! The quesabirria tacos here are absolute perfection! So glad I tried this truck, I'll be back for sure, and I can't wait to eat them again. My only regret was not getting more!! Thank you for the amazing food, kind employees, and fast service!!!

Birria plate. Comes with side of 5 tortillas. Very filling!

Great tacos, a stand out in the Sacramento area considering most are average. On par with San Diego area.

I have to drive almost an hour to get here but I try to time it out right if I'm in the area as they open at 6pm though they were serving people earlier one time so maybe they're flexible. The seasoning on both the asada and the pork with pineapple is amazing. They have the pork on the spinning thing so it's super juicy. The asada has a flat grill char. It's just so tasty. I tried the baked potatoes for the first time at this location and it was a little bland but they add packets of salt. I got home and added things to my liking and it's one of my favorite meals. Every bite had bold, authentic flavor, and nothing felt rushed or low quality. The salsa bar deserves its own mention, it had everything you could want, from classic options to more unique flavors. But what really stood out were the fried jalapeños and onions... those alone are worth coming back for. Seriously addictive. It's rare to find a place that nails everything, food quality, portion size, cleanliness, and atmosphere, but this place does it effortlessly. Easily a 10/10. They were bright orange, flat, and tasted like they had only the slightest splash of champagne. On top of that, our server took ages to refill them and only brought one small carafe at a time, which barely covered two or three glasses. Paying for "bottomless" felt pointless. I ordered a taco that was tasty but extremely small for nearly $5. Someone in our group ordered a burrito, took one bite, and didn't want to finish it. Most of the food around the table was just mediocre. Service wasn't great either -- our server wasn't very attentive, especially for a big group. The only real positive is the location in the heart of Midtown, which is convenient. But overall, I wouldn't recommend Mas Tacos for brunch, and definitely not for bottomless mimosas.
