The salon carries top of the line hair products such as Design Essentials. The moment you walk in the salon you are greeted with a smile. The customer service is great. The setting of the salon is intimate and as a client I'm able to have a one on one with my hair stylist. NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL AND THE WAIT TIME IS NO MORE THAN 45-1 HOUR!!! I love the fact I don't have to be at the hair salon ALL DAY!!! Before I purchased a Groupon I wanted to read reviews on her service so I came on yelp to find the business and I could not locate it. When speaking to her she told me "no I don't have yelp, you have to pay for services like that". I just thought to myself... WEIRD. Your a business, yelp is great promotion, who doesn't YELP?! But I kept my mouth closed and didn't say anything. I inquired about microblading which is what she is advertising on Groupon and she tried to up sale me telling me that the option on Groupon was actually not a good deal because I would have to return for other services, but she indeed was offering promotions through herself which would be more than the Groupon but you get more services. I couldn't help but to think then why did you advertise on there... she referred me to her instagram page to look at pictures of her work. Her page is unprofessional not enough pictures of her work, and honestly after viewing the terrible job she did on other clients I decided to opt out of scheduling an appointment.

I read so many great reviews, I was really excited to go here. I don't get my hair done often so…read morethis is a treat for me, but sitting over 3 hours in a salon with no music, to get my hair poorly colored and not even styled, because Felisha triple books her appointment's.... Not worth it. I went in for a color, some peek-a-boo highlights, and a cut. My last salon did all this, plus beautiful styling with curls in 2.5 hours. When I called to book my appointment I asked about the time and she told me it would take about 2 hours TWICE. After 3 hours, I was still waiting to have my highlights washed out. She stated "the product has to sit so long", but 45 min to set the color and 25 min to set the highlights does not equal 3 hours... Most of the time there were 2 to 3 people in a chair waiting for something from her, plus appointments waiting. To save time, she had her mom wash hair and apply my red highlight color. The highlights came out spotty, many areas the color is inconsistent and there is a bleached blonde color throughout where no red was even applied. Felisha is as sweet as can be, as is her mom, but if you schedule multiple appointments at a time then NO ONE gets a quality job. I wish her the best of luck and hope she can get things together, but this was a terrible experience for me and I won't be back.

This was not only informative, but also educational as my hair type and challenges were discussed. The salon suite was spacious with a reception area, styling stations and wash area. The entire salon was beautifully decorated with comfortable seating. Parking is available near entrance with entry points on both Piedmont Avenue and Piedmont Circle.
