He picked us up at the dock in Positano shortly before sunset. We had a short sunset cruise before dinner while he told us about some of the local area and we chatted about our lives. We were able to sit on the couch on the front deck of the boat (felt like celebrities!). We pulled up to the dock at Lo Scoglio as the sun went down and enjoyed a leisurely dinner there. I worked with Adele beforehand to make all the arrangements as I am located in the US. She was very professional, provided full details about what would be included with the charter, and worked with me to build a custom schedule for my birthday. Communication beforehand was great, and we were blown away to find out they were offering an upgrade from the 35 ft Gagliotta to the 45 ft Tornado Express for our trip to Capri. Although I have no doubt every boat in Robbie's fleet is absolutely flawless. As expected, Rosa met us at the dock the morning of our departure and when we returned that evening to make sure we had everything we needed. The boat was absolutely gorgeous and the Captain, Eduardo, was simply the best! He was charming and engaging always making sure he stopped to show us the best places along the way and finding little coves for us to stop and swim, a waterfall, taking pictures for us at each spot, and taking us to the absolute best restaurants we ate at during our entire trip. He also made sure we had plenty of snacks and drinks throughout our trip and wanted for nothing. We called him back and he said he would make sure we were able to sail around Capri and he checked in with us EVERYDAY. It was time for us to leave to Positano but we actually came back on our 2nd to last day in Italy to take our trip! Marco was our tour guide/boat captain and he is great! He's young, I forgot what he said around 23/24 but he's fantastic and super knowledgable. He somehow convinced my normally reserved husband to jump off the cliff into the water. It was such a memorable moment!! We did the private tour which was right around 4 hours. The boat had clean towels, prosecco, water, soda and we had brought some snacks for ourselves. Bring sunscreen & a hat! Capri Whales is located by the marina when you get off your ferry from Naples/Positano/Wherever. They have a cute dog name CJ and he is usually sitting outside. If you are afraid of the language barrier, Wendy and her family are actually from CT so she speaks english perfectly.

When we arrive, they tell us that fuel is not included and we need to pay for it on top of the cost of the rental at the end. My partner had been in contact with the owner on multiple occasions prior, and he never mentioned prior this prior (the owner was very dismissive to top). For the 781 all that was included was a single beer for each person and chips. When our time was over, we were told we owe another 300 for the fuel. Complete rip off. Do your research and find a cheaper service for the same experience that won't rip off tourists.

I emailed to get information about reserving a boat and I received a response very promptly and was able to get a reservation just two days away! The whole process was super easy, when we arrived they went over how to get to Capri and what we could do around and on the island... then when we got to the boat they gave us instructions on how to drive the boat since this was our first time driving a boat. They even provided us a cooler with drinks and wine with some ice packs and suggested a deli next door for some sandwiches. They also let us borrow some goggles! When we were done for the day they gave us some homemade limoncello! It was only 120 euro for the boat and 38 for gas.... that less than competitors were charging just for the boat! Overall, it was the best experience we've ever had... we will always remember this trip! We definitely recommend them if you plan on renting a boat in Sorrento!
