I came in to purchase two new front tires and waited for the service to be completed. Everything…read moreseemed fine when I left, but when I got home and started washing my car, I noticed there was a leak coming from the valve on one of the new tires. I'm extremely disappointed that after spending my time and money here, I now have to go back and deal with an issue that should have been caught before I left. This is basic quality control. It's frustrating and inconvenient to have to wait until the next day to get something fixed that should have been done correctly the first time. I'm lucky I live close by, but I can only imagine how frustrating this would be for someone who doesn't. Hoping they make it right, but this definitely wasn't a great experience. To anyone considering coming here--make sure you double-check your tires before you leave so you don't run into the same issue.

When the manager came to me , I said my only concern was that I would like a water however they were currently out. The manager went to the back and brought me an ice cold water. It was much needed in 104 degree heat.
