I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.

The dealership told me that Jiffy lube , whatever the oil change places loosen up the bolt on my engine and it was making noises after I come back to Jeff to tell them the problem and completely ignore everything they don't wanna take accountability. They lied the managers lied too. Yeah it was horrible.
