Amazing service, quick, reliable! I found a nail in my tire and was hoping to get it repaired so I didn't need a new one and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I've purchased 2 or 3 sets of tires from Texas Tires 44 and a 4' lift kit installed in the past, since 2022. This time was a joke!! Ben not only inflated the price of tires by $1,000, but he was also very pushy throughout the process. I hadn't even authorized the sale and had my doubts on the cost, but he said that the tires and wheels were already purchased from the warehouse and it's too late. I found 3 other tire shops with the exact same tires, but $1k less than Ben had charged me. I called the finance company and cancelled the order. Ben said there was a 35% restocking fee!! The owner was amazing I had a screw in my tire, he could have been nicer. It was the Sunday just after Christmas. Instead of trying to push a new tire on me he was honest and let me know it was just a screw and all that was needed was for him to put a plug in! They put a 3 inch lift on my truck, within the year I've had nuts back out and missing nuts while in Tucson.. I went to one of the owners in TX and he hasn't done 1 thing for me.. For the safety of your family and others on the roadway DO NOT have them touch your vehicle. I Was shopping around for new wheels for a while now. Went to Texas Tire because I've seen it there for a while. Met the owner and he was able to help me find wheels that I would like. They have a few tires there at the location and tons more in a warehouse. I think he had around 15 pages of wheels that would fit my car. I let him know my price range and he found me a few options that could work. Delivery of my wheels only took 24 hours and the owner personally called me once they arrived. They are open 7 days a week. No need to set an appointment. I went in and they changed out my wheels quickly. I'm very happy with the service provided. No complaints at all. I called the station and they were able to get me in ASAP to inspect my tire and decide what options I had. So my boyfriend and I were about to head out of town to Reno (12 hour drive) and we had a completely flat tire. Also to mention we are from Washington state and drove to Phoenix and had a lot of driving ahead of us to get back home. Luckily we were able to change the tire and I called Texas Tires and the gentleman that I talked to said once I get the spare tire on to come down and he'll inspect the tire and hopefully patch it up. Unfortunately the tire was long gone with a nail lodged in it. He said he'll replace my tire and everything for $225 and get it done in 10 minutes. I was desperate and running behind on schedule. brought my truck here for a lift kit tightening then they end up tightening all the bolts to spec better yet tighten most of the bolts at all because it was my truck was making a loud knocking noise and so I took it to another shop to have it inspected and that shop said that a lot of the bolts were loose on the lift kit and that this Texas tire location did not tighten it correctly read more

Texas Tires 44 is the best! We rented a car from the airport and within a day, we experienced a flat tire. The car rental place wouldn't do anything to help us and told us to fend for ourselves. Initially, we called AAA and they came out. The AAA serviceman added air to the tire and it filled right up. He also inspected the tire for any punctures and didn't find any. We decided to drive it, but keep an eye on it. Everything was fine for several hours, but late in the day, the tire had visibly lost some air. We took it to Texas Tires 44 and they quickly found and repaired the problem. We had picked up a part of a nail. Luckily, it was in the tread and not the sidewall. Texas Tires 44 had it fixed in no time and sent us on our way. When I went to pay, Jeremy, the manager would not accept anything. My daughter was in dire need of a new front tire and rushed into Texas Tires 44 after pulling off the freeway to check what the unusual noise coming from her front right was. She found it was a piece of tire flapping from the inner tread. She rushed to Texas Tires 44 with 15 minutes to spare before they closed. She was greeted by a friendly young man who took a look at her tire and looked up availability. They needed to order her size but changed her tire to the spare even though by this time they were closed. She drove home safely and returned the next day after they called her to notify of the delivery of her tires. She made it over to Texas Tires 44 in about 20 minutes and they took care of her as promised. Called two weeks ago, told me they could work on my truck. Called them a week ago, said no problem, just bring it in. Brought it in yesterday, came back an hour later. Rear tires were deflated, and they told me they can't change out my tires and I have to figure it out myself. Luckily I had a spare, and had to change out the tire myself. Place is a joke. I have taken my 2017 Audi into Texas Tires twice and each time they have provided me with excellent service. What I really liked was that the guys here don't bullsh*t you and don't try to upsell you on anything. My most recent experience was yesterday when I needed my tire patched from a huge bolt that got stuck in it. They patched my tire in less than 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Just got new wheels and tires installed last week on my brand new truck, staff was helpful and they made recommendations for 37" tires on my F250, but required some trimming of the wheel well. Looks like they flexed the inside fender which lead to chipping of a small section of paint, and did chop shop trimming by hammering the wheel well. $800 to fix, they are denying any wrongdoing. Their stories changed after a complaint was filed with their corporate headquarters, and aren't willing to help. Maybe they are overworked working 6 days a week, and can't recall their convos. Their prices aren't any lower than other places, go to a name brand store so you don't have to deal with shoddy jobs. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon on our way out of town to drive to California. We called Texas Tires because they were one of the few tire places near us open on a Sunday. Even though they were about to close in 30 minutes, they told us to come in and they'd have us patched up in a jiff. They were so kind to us, even though they had to stay late to help us out. After putting on our spare in the hot Phoenix sun, their lobby with AC and and an NFL game playing on the TV put my husband back into a good mood. And they didn't even charge us for the repair! Texas tires Charged $20 for a plug that lasted a day. When returned they stated it was my cars sensors that was the issue. Took it to "OK Tires" Turns out it was their plug that was leaking. "Ok tires" took the tire off, patched it properly and had me out the door in 7 minutes. read more

It happened close to their closing time but they were nice enough to stay open a few minutes after so I could get my car towed to their shop. My rims and tires were changed the next morning.
